I am impressed with the customer service I was greeted with such politeness and felt so welcome by the staff. Hospitality is fantastic here. The quality of the food is something else, the flavours are impeccable and authentic by far one of the best Indian/bengali restaurants I’ve been to. 5/5 highly recommend 🤌🏽

Ordered from here for the first time the food was tasty, good portion sizes - a little on the pricey side our usual Indian would’ve cost £10 less but overall we were happy with our meal and will come back

Whilst the place may look a little suspect, run down and pokey, the family who run it are absolutely lovely and the food is delicious, on balance, I think it's the best food out in holsworthy.

My meal for one of a main, some rice and naan with a j2o drink, cost me 17.75, not to be scoffed at, a very good price

Wow! This must be one of the best Indian takeaways I have ever had! Visiting Holsworthy for a couple of days from Torbay, fancied a quick dinner and wow...we are so glad we picked here.
Each curry dish was superb ( Lamb Rogan Josh and chicken jalfrezi), the keema rice was so incredibly tasty, the peshwari and keema naans were fantastic! Even the poppadoms, lime pickle and mango chutney were amazing!
Great value for money and awesome friendly staff.

Everytime we are in the area on holidays we always order a takeaway from here, I would say this is one of the best Indian takeaways I've had, the food is great quality, good portions and tastes amazing, I would definitely recommend.

Best Indian food I’ve had in five years of living in Devon!! Had a vegetarian dhansak and korma plus lots of other items and everything was delicious. If you’re looking for your run of the meal, tasteless tat Devon normally offers then don’t go here as this has taste!! I was staying locally for a birthday party and normally live an hour away but will definitely find my way back!

We ordered a meal delivery to our holiday address seven miles from the restaurant. It arrived, piping hot, exactly on time. Our 'set meal for 4' was deliciously tasty and plenteous. I can't recommend this restaurant enough!

Absolutely first rate. We hadn't eaten from here in while as we found a certain place in Bude we liked, however, we are so glad we came back and we will be eating here more often now. .... bonus they do delivery.... food taste and quality was delicious.... portion size is excellent if on the large size (from a guy who has a larger appetite) cannot recommend enough.

Really nice food, we are here on holiday & fancied a curry, looking at the reviews this seemed a good choice & it didn't dissapoint. Phoned our order through & it was ready in 25 mins. Would definitely recommend.

I read some of the reviews on here and was a bit worried about what I would get when I ordered a meal for delivery but it's the only Indian takeaway I could find. I thought the prices were ok if the food turned out to be good. My food arrived and I was very pleasantly surprised at the generous portions. The food was piping hot and smelled delicious. When I ate the food, I can honestly say it was one of the best Indian meals I've ever had and I've had lots from all over the world. I wished I had an Indian takeaway like this where I live. I can only assume the bad reviews are from people that either have a personal axe to grind with them or they have a really odd standard in food. Will try and get another before I go home.

We are a family of 9 on holiday for the week, we all fancied a nice Indian takeaway not knowing the area we picked indian ocean after reading the reviews and well you did not disappoint it was the best we've had in ages, we even called back to let them know.

We were staying just outside of Bude and have previously visited curry houses in Bude but this place smashes the others out of the water! Ordered food just before they were closing on the bank holiday weekend and collected. The 20 mins drive was worth it though and the food was amazing and I would recommend this Indian to all in the local area. Customer service was brilliant and a great little find! Thanks Indian Ocean - I will be back!

We had a lovely takeaway from Indian Ocean for the first time last night. The curry was excellent and the starters were large portions and very tasty.

We've had takeaways from here previously, and tonight we opted to go in for a meal... consistently good food (tender meat, including the lamb)... absolutely stuffed!! (No Alcoholic drinks served)
