Very friendly atmosphere, very nice pub, the interior is posh. Live music. Sunday carvery was most delicious and very affordable♥👌Will visit again! Highly recommend.

The Vinyl Diner at the White Hart is a little gem! We tried this tonight and had the lasagna and burger. Both very tasty!

First time of visiting and stayed for Sunday lunch. Absolutely lovely. Very friendly staff with nothing to much trouble.

We have been enjoying the Carvery over the last few weekends with visiting family and there has been no hesitation in revisiting
There is a choice of three joints plus their usual compliments of Yorkshire pudding, stuffings, crackling and sauces. The range of seasonal vegetables is extensive, roast, new or mashed potatoes, cauliflower cheese, broccoli, spring cabbage, leeks in white sauce, red cabbage, mashed swede, parsnips, carrots, peas and wonderful tasty gravy
Haven't any photos, been too keen to tuck in. Best to book or you could be disappointed.

The carvery was fantastic, even as a veggie they made sure we had a great nut roast and veggie gravy. We will be back !

What a lovely surprise! Having recently moved to Holsworthy, we ventured out to find ourselves some pub grub one Saturday night, what we found at the White Hart exceeded all expectations!

Upon entering the bar, it was exactly what we expected, a standard country pub type affair... Upon requesting a table, the support friendly landlord invited us through to the restaurant area where everything changed!!

Vinyl @ The White Hart is a wonderfully decorated, music themed, strained glass adorned, venue!! With super cute seating booths, various musical memorabilia adorning the walls, and fantastic staff!

Now, that's the aesthetic, but what about the food? They offer a 'hot rock' cooking experience with various steak and fish options that you can cook yourself on a hot Rock delivered to the table... While that looked amazing, my wife and I actually went for the ribs and burger, simply put we were feeling a little lazy!!
The good was fantastic, huge portions, everything that your would want, and cooked perfectly... And great value.

I had no idea that we would have such an experience, but to know that this is within 5 minutes walk of my new home is a delight!!

Friendly staff, great food, and a great experience. Had a rump steak which is bought out on a hot slate and you cut of what you want and let it cook to how you want it. Then had Bonoffee cheesecake and clotted cream for afters.

Being a local I've never stayed here. It still sports it's old-worldly Devon charm. If you don't visit this pub for any other reason you must visit it for the steaks! Served on a sizzling slate it really made dining fun. I can't wait for the kids to go to Grannies house again so we can come back!

Always fantastic service, the staff are friendly and helpful. The food is always good quality and hot, the takeaway service and delivery driver are both brilliant.

Only go there for a Sunday take away carvery & it's very good too, go there pretty regularly, the staff are very friendly particularly the young man serving the carvery, he is always so chatty & helpful

Unfortunately we got into a accident on the way to Cornwall from London. A lorry reversed into our car at the service station. We phoned the white hart hotel to inform them that we would be late checking in. They went above and beyond by waiting for us to arrive which was 5 hours late, friendly service and made sure we were ok. Couldn’t recommend them more. Comfortable bed and clean room and bathroom. Value for money and the staff were expectational!

We only had lunch in the pub but the food was very good! Friendly staff! I recommend! 🦌

The nachos we shared as a starter were excellent, the fillets we cooked ourselves on hot stones were unbelievably good. Service good until they got busy when it slowed down a bit but jolly, cheerful and they know what they are doing here. Thoroughly recommend

My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon back in August 21. The whole experience was lovely, very friendly helpful staff, the room was clean and comfortable, brilliant drinks selection in the pub, amazing food! Highly recommend a stay here.

Warm welcome, fabulous coffee and awesome ham, egg and chips for lunch. They cook their own hams and the ham was super yummy. Lovely pub, would visit again. Ooooh and the dog was very welcome too
