We've had a great experience with Camel Glass, Holsworthy. Our front door is gorgeous!
Julian from Sales was friendly and very helpful with helping us choose from what was available to us. He even came back with proper colour samples, so we could see it against our house to make sure I knew exactly what it would look like.
Once we had confirmed the door we got handed over to Andy. He helped greatly when I decided to change the interior colour of our door and when scheduling the fitting.
Chris and Vince came on the day and were absolutely fantastic. They did an amazing job, even though it was a little tricky and they had to adjust the fit slightly. They were super friendly, efficient and the finish is superb.
They left everything clean and tidy like they’d never been there at all!
I love our front door now every time I pull onto our driveway!

Then when the installers arrived Sam and Terry again they were professional and smiley. They made sure that dust sheets were down before commencing work. The workmanship was fantastic with attention to detail. They tidied up after themselves leaving everywhere clean and tidy. Great work by a great team and reasonably priced too. I would highly recommend Camel glass to anyone and will be using them in the future.

We found Camel Glass very speedy, efficient and competitive with their quotation for our bungalow, with twelve various sized windows, two patio doors, a kitchen door and a new front door. The fitters, Sam & Terry, arrived on time and were a very hardworking, careful and friendly pair. They were clean, tidy and considerate throughout. The quality of the windows and standard of workmanship was extremely good (unbeknown to the fitters, I used to fit double glazed windows).

We have just had completed by Camel Glass Holsworthy new glazing installed, including doors, to the majority of our home. We have been so pleased with the level of service we received throughout the journey and the end outcome achieved. A special call out to Stuart for his knowledge, suggestions and patience during the sales process, Danny who was the main installer (we were very impressed with his communication, professionalism, friendliness and installation skill) and to Andy for the way he dealt with some extras and the small amount of minor snagging that was sorted in a quick timely way (with help from Chris who provided a lovely renderered outside finish to two bay windows and the patio doors). We are so very pleased with what Camel Glass delivered for us, the way they went about it and the people who dealt with us. Thank you Camel Glass.

So happy with our new sash windows. The Heritage Rose wood effect is virtually indistinguishable from wood even close-up. They are superb quality - anyone who wants a traditional timber sash should consider these as you can’t tell the difference and in our wet climate, these make so much more sense! Don’t be put off imagining they look like uPVC you’ve seen before. They are perfect for our period home.
The Holsworthy team were great, did a really professional job, tidied up completely and were really great guys to have around for a few days. They worked tirelessly to get it all done and even did their best to befriend our dog (keep the kettle on for Vince though!)

Camel Glass recently replaced the windows and external doors at our property in Pinch Hill. We opted for triple-glazed aluminium front doors and sliding rear French doors, and a combination of triple-glazed aluminium and double-glazed UPVC windows. These are all very high quality, and have made the house quieter and warmer inside. The quote and survey, by Julian and Matt respectively were a pleasure - the various options being carefully explained in easily understandable language with a complete absence of pressured sales tactics. And then, when the work was being done, Sam and Terry, the fitters, were easy to get along with and were meticulous in installing everything to the highest possible standards. Importantly (for us anyway), Sam and Terry tidied up at the end of each day, such that you would not have known they had been there. We were so pleased with Camel, we subsequently asked them back to quote for our wood fascias and soffits, as well as the guttering and downpipes. We chose them again, and the same pair of expert fitters just this week finished cladding the existing wood fascias and soffits with really robust - and very attractive - UPVC combined with high-volume gutters and down-pipes (this is north Cornwall!). All told we are very pleased with the works carried by Camel Glass and, based upon our experience, can recommend them to any potential customer.

Really easy to deal with. The guys who fitted the doors; Sam, Terry & Dan were very friendly and highly professional. No mess. Great finish and they even pointed out minor damage that occurred during transit which is being fixed - I would of nevèr noticed. And they only had one coffee!

We just got all our windows replaced and a new composite door and we're delighted with them. Camel Glass was very competitively priced and the skill fitting them was really impressive. Camel Glass were very competitive in pricing my job and came out cheaper than the two other firms who had also quoted . I had new windows and doors all round and the team that came to install Sam and Terry were brilliant. Clean tidy and conscientious . There were a few unexpected hiccups initially but they dealt with them competently . The finished job was great and I am well pleased with the standard of the doors and windows and the finish. They cleaned up at the end of each day and you wouldn’t have known they had been there . I cannot recommend Camel Glass highly enough .

We have used Camel Glass in Wadebridge and now Holsworthy for many years. We have always been very pleased with their work, and with the follow-up care they offer. On this occasion they were installing a new front door and 12 windows. They took time to offer us advice on the best types of door and windows for our bungalow. They kept to the promised time scale, and the installation was done smoothly and carefully. The installers were here for four days, and took great care with their work. They even put some trim around a patio door that was already in place. We were delighted with the whole process.

From the sales visit, the surveyor visit, the ordering, through to installation, we have been very impressed with Camel Glass. The whole team have been professional, courteous and delivery of the door was pretty much in line with expectations. On the day, the fitter was great. He took his time, clearly wanted to do a great job (which he did!) and was clean and tidy. We were very impressed from start to finish and would recommend Camel Glass without hesitation. This is the 3rd job they have done for us and it won't be the last!!!

We've used Camel for 3 properties in quick succession, after our 2 holiday lets we liked it so much we changed our house windows too! The response is excellent, 3 visits - a quote, a survey then the fitting. Everyone is very knowledgeable and the fitters are fantastic, the finished windows are of the highest standard and they clean up as they go, you would hardly know they were there. Really pleased with our new windows and doors, cost lower than we expected when we received the quote. We did have one small problem which was rectified within one week of fitting. So far all good as the windows and doors had to stand up to the force of Storm Eunice which arrived with a vengeance not long after completion. Fitters left everywhere clean and tidy, very good with the hoover 🙂
