Nice drink bit slow on service but clean and tidy

We only take away but the staff are great warm and very welcoming!

Went to Greg's next door for a stake bake

the staff are always friendly and polite and it's usually not too busy so you get served quick. the restaurant is always clean and tidy and there is ample seating inside and a couple of tables outside too for days when the weather is nice. there's a good sized carpark that's shared with the gregg's next door so you don't have to walk and pricing is on par with other starbucks restaurants of the same type.
overall a very pleasant experience.

the only thing of note when visiting this restaurant is that the slip road back onto the a12 is very short so you can't really get any speed up to join with traffic. this is mostly only an issue during rush hour as this section of the a12 can get very busy but it's something to keep in mind.

Personable staff. Stop here often as work up and down the area, often go out my way to stop here as very chilled.

I wanted to add to this review as work has bought me back to the area and nothing has change. There is a young lady called Katie who has only served me a few time but already knows my drink and ensures a personable service.

We always stop at this Starbucks on the A12 when travelling towards London, probably around once a month.

The team here are excellent, Sue the manager has a wonderful team. They are always friendly and helpful, they actively try to recall your preferences.

In these challenging times the team have still had big smiles and are ready to help!

Me and my friends stopped here on the way back from a Rock & Roll weekend, the man who made our coffees was friendly and efficient!

They allowed us to each our starbucks from next door whilst enjoyingbtheir coffee and cakes in warm and comfy surroundings! They also said we were the only customers whom had ever asked permission to do so!
