Best cod and chips ive had in a decade, chips crispy and clean and fish is perfectly cooked in batter that is crispy and not stoogy, looks a small shop but really busy and the team are on the ball with the orders... And the kitchen looks clean... Definitely worth the drive from witham. Ill be coming here in future. £11 so great price too... Thanks 👍🏼

Absolutely amazing. This is the 3rd time I've visited but only now getting a chance to review. Their food is amazing, all of it.. Soooo tasty. All freshly cooked while you wait. Lovely friendly staff. Portions are humongous!! And such great value for money. I Highly recommend this wonderful place. This time I ordered online, fab deal of cod and chips for £6.90.. only.. look at the picture.. HUGE!! And as always delicious.. 😋 And was ready to collect in less than 15mins and lovely and hot. Love my local fish shop (only been in the village a few months) I will definitely be going back, many many times lol!!! 😁

Food is very fresh and cooked individually for each customer so it’s piping hot and delish’ 😛 Extensive menu of battered fish , chips, kebabs and salad , plus pies and burgers with drinks and many extra’s available.

One of the best in Essex. Great service, extremely generous portions (2 chips will feed 4-5) and excellent quality. I'm not a great fan of their savaloy but everything else is perfect. If I had to pick one single takeaway to devote myself to for the rest of my life, this would be it.

Best fish and chips in the area. Fantastic food, good quality and at a good price. Staff are always very kind and whilst the shop is always busy (which is a good sign in my opinion!) they always provide service very quickly.
