If you get your milk from a supermarket, then stop. Give Bates a try! Excellent service, with an agile approach to your changing needs on a day to day basis. Just leave a note out with your bottles & if they have it on their float then it’s dropped on your doorstep for you to wake up to. Everything from yoghurts, bread, cheese, orange juice, eggs and cream!

Bates Dairy is fantastic! We have been using them for about 9 years now. Fresh milk on your doorstep – no plastic bottles to get rid of, if I need to revise my order it’s not a problem and we even get a Christmas card off our milkman Phil. Thank you for a great product and service. :D

Excellent reliable milk delivery service, have used Bates for over 40 years, never had any problems. Would recommend, saves the hassle of running short of milk, supermarket shopping, and no plastic bottle with my order, glass only!

Bates swimming pool is a fabulous place to take your children and grandchildren to learn how to swim the swimming tutors at this place absolutely 100% can't fault them my grandson is now 8 years old I'm going in for his bronze what an achievement it would not have happened without the Tutors great loves it if you want your children to learn to swim believe me this is the place I took my grandchild to two other places in Southport and they took him absolutely nothing he ended up being frightened of going in the pool everytime I take taking him to the other pools I only cried now you can't wait to go

Visited to see how they bottled the milk and cream etc and it was amazing. What was even more amazing is their efforts to reduce plastic waste. Not enough companies do this but Bates are leading by example

Old established independent dairy deliver milk and dairy products locally and out of town . HS its own swim school both my kids

They are a great local business, long established and providing a service - in my view "use it or lose it" with milk delivery, a great British tradition
