The lady who pierced my daughters ears today was lovely. She took time to put my daughter at ease, and checked with me and my daughter that we were happy with the position of the piercings before proceeding. I would highly recommend.

The staff was incredibly friendly and polite, making me feel comfortable and valued as a customer. Can't wait to go back

The staff are amazing. Although I only went in for two watch repairs I was made to feel very welcome and a valued customer. The team are always friendly and professional. I’ve been a customer for many years and that will continue.

I stopped here this morning as was looking for a birthday present for a friend of mine female was very well looked after by a very nice gent very polite and most helpful I went for the watch earring and necklace all came in a very pretty gift box set rose gold in colour wasn’t rushed I did get a gift bag to put it into the shop was very well layed out very tidy staff all looked smartly dressed a most enjoyable shopping customer experience today 10/8/24so thank you 100/100 stars love mr cheeky in Kent

We had left it a tad late with our wedding only a week from when we sought rings, we were let down by another jewelers, while ordering flowers we saw F.Hinds in Tonbridge, wish we'd gone there first, staff where so helpful, sized, picked, and found at another branch, to be posted first class to collect two days later, a perfect team effort they were great
