Martin and team recently repaired a leaking gable end on our grade 2 listed chapel. They did a fantatsic job removing all existing stone work and replacing the perished lead. The finished result is better than the original. They turned up on time and completed the job on time and budget.

Quality work at a great price, wouldn't hesitate to recommend Martin and Jake. They replaced an old leaking extension roof with synthetic slate and a triple garage with insulated profile sheets. We are really pleased with the results and will be using them again when the main slate roof is replaced. These are old buildings and threw up some issues, they took them in their stride and kept on budget. Thanks guys.

Had rain pouring in like a torrent through the downstairs ceiling and straight down through the ceiling rose and light bulb. Needed a solution fast albeit temporary until such times as a more permanent one could be done. We were Informed it was most likely to be from the flat roof, he refused to do a temporary fix and was only interested in doing a more permanent solution stating all the reasons why. All of which we knew already mainly it could reflect badly on the business if it didn't do the job, in addition to the fact that it coukd be coming in from anywhere. Other issues were He would only use scaffolding to get access up on to my roof. I have enough personal knowledge of Health and Safety to understand issues regarding personal liability and insurance cover etc. Fortunately another Roofer come out, used his ladder, did a fantastic quick and easy temporary repair which has well and truly withstood the heavy downpours of late, didn't charge us a penny and was honest enough to inform us it would give us several months " Buying time to look around for another Roofer" if we so wished! If faced with a deluge in one's home, do not panic and rush into using the first 5 star Roofers is the best advice... Shop around, do your homework and manage the torrent until one feels 100% confident that one is not going to be fleeced out of finances and always get a written quote!
