Ian came quickly when called. We had a ridge tile blown off and he replaced it the next day. He is a very reliable a trustworthy tradesman which are hard to find . I most certainly will be using his company in the future .

E-mailed Meister Emson on Friday night as we had water dripping into bedroom. 1st thing Saturday morning he came, new tile fitted by10am, problem solved. Thats what I call service!

Ian quoted me for a zinc roof back in March 2022. He seemed knowledgable and looked like he would do a good job. All seemed fine and he started work and mostly completed half of the roof. He said he had to finish another job and he would be back in around a week or two before finishing the other side. It’s now April 2023 and the roof hasn’t been finished and he has never come back. I had to get up on the roof myself as it was leaking in multiple places. He has repeatedly lied to me and has told me was always just about to come and finish it and every time it’s been a lie. This has caused huge problems for myself and my family none of which he seems to be bothered by. I’m now having to take him to court
