Dan was amazing! On a Sunday morning I disconnected my washer from the tap, and after I turned the water back on the tap started leaking. I rang Dan and he arrived in about 2 hours and sorted the leak.

Very disappointing. Requested repair to dripping solder joint in airing cupboard. Initial response very good, plumber visited within a couple of hours. After assessing the job he said someone would be in touch to arrange repair. It has now been a week and I get no response to phone calls or messages I leave to ask for an update on when I might expect a repair. Meanwhile I have rigged up a method of collecting the leaking water to prevent further soaking of the carpet. It looks like they don't want the work as the job is too small. Never anyone in to answer the phone. V. poor customer service
