Flannels

Just been to Flannels Darlington today for the first time. The service was amazing from the team in particular from Dawn who came to our assistance when we were looking for a particular item for a Christmas present. She really enjoys what she does and it shows and her enthusiasm and genuine friendliness made shopping a pleasure. An absolute credit to the team there to have such a gem in your store

Flannels Darlington - the staff are absolutely amazing Adam, Connor, Dawn, Luke they cannot do enough for you the service is outstanding I get phone calls from Dawn telling me about new products she can certainly find you an item even if it’s not in store she’s happy to look online for you, nothing is ever to much trouble the shop is alway immaculate, I’ve visited other stores but I’ve not seen a store match Darlington for service the certainly lead by example

The staff in the Darlington store can't do enough for you, very friendly and so helpful, wanted a top for my grandson, never had he's size, the lady assistant manager called Dawn took my number and said she would ring me if he's size came in stock, which she did, so grateful of this service.
