Castle Volt

Well.. what can I say apart from, what an amazing stay we had at castle vault! It is a beautiful magical place, marvellous 360 views, breathtaking scenery with the clearest of night sky!
The castle is luxurious with a mysterious twist, every room has unique bespoke details, totally luxurious! The beds are so comfy! The fires are cozy, it’s truly a five star stay!! I can’t recommend castle vault enough!!! It’s truly beautiful.

From the moment we arrived we knew we were somewhere magical. Occupying a commanding position with unspoilt 360 views, that’s totally private. With its opulent decor, twinkling chandeliers and roaring fires the ambiance in the bar was electrifying. We stayed in the spacious James Hubert suite, the super sized four poster bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was simply stunning, 5 star luxury throughout.
Castle Volt is a hidden gem.

What an amazing place. I can’t believe this beautiful and truly unique castle is in Dumfries and Galloway. Perfect place for a wedding or hen party.

A truly magical experience, the comfiest bed I have ever had the pleasure of sleeping in. The warmth of the fires, the depth of character, coupled with the vibrant surroundings, made everything fit, just perfect. Thank you castle volt.

Beautiful Castle in a Beautiful setting. We had a wonderful stay here. The bedrooms and bathrooms have so much character and the scenery is exquisite. Must go and see the waterfalls !
