Had
a meal this evening, trout with prawns peas and chips and a country beef with mash mushrooms peas and lovely thick slice of beef with red wine gravy. Food hot and delicious, good portion sizes, would definitely recommend and return hopefully to try the Sunday lunch. Thank you to the chef and waitress for the food and service

We came here for dinner as we were staying in the area, we had our four legged friend with us too. The Farmers Arms was very welcoming and staff were very friendly. Food was delicious, full of flavour and reasonably priced. Dog treats and water were available and one of the staff members even gave our dog a lovely piece of meat too which he was obviously very happy with! We wouldn't hesitate returning whenever we are in the area again!

My wife, myself and our dog stopped here for a late dinner. We were allowed in the bar with our dog and even though their chef had gone home, they still made us a very delicious dinner. The pints were nice, the people were lovely and the staff was incredible. They even cooked up a nice piece of beef for our dog without us even asking! I cannot recommend this place enough! If you are nearby, stop in for a pint and some food!

Went Thursday evening with friends for the Thursday special of burger and a pint for £12
We were greeted by Ryan, our waiter
We sat in the restaurant which was warm and comfortable, but there was also a bar area with log fire
We all chose a beef burger with bacon, fried onions, and relish. It was an ample portion of succulent juicy burger which also came with chips, coleslaw, onion rings and a jug of sauce for dipping
Ryan ( our waiter) was the most delightful young man, he was friendly, courteous and polite,. He was keen to know we were happy with our meal but at the same time unobtrusive
This place is dog friendly, ample parking, and also had a good vegetarian menu
It was easily accessed so suitable for wheelchair users
I will thoroughly recommend this pub/ restaurant and will definitely be returning

Had a lovely meal while staying at a local campsite. Good Food and good size portions. The chocolate brownies we shared for dessert were amazing. Staff there were lovely.

Lovely welcome. Airy freshly decorated pub. Next to the Capel Hen of historical interest. Large sized portions. They may sell more puddings if they put fewer chips on plates! Everything as described and cooked to perfection. Friendly helpful young waiting staff. Traditional bar. Clean loos. Yummy food. We headed to Llansteffan beach which is a 5min drive afterwards.

Had ny small wedding tea here.. Staff were lovely, helpful and every one of my guests loved the food.

Just had an amazing meal at The Farmers Arms in Llanybri! The food was excellent, home-cooked and such good value for money. Highly recommend stopping by if you're in the area!

Great pub. Had drink in the bar after a cycling event then had dinner in the restaurant. Very welcoming. Lovely staff. Food was delicious and generous.(Proper homemade chips too)

Delicious food. I'd recommend the pan fried chicken in leek and wine sauce with sauté potatoes. 😋

My first visit since under new ownership and very pleased to say it was excellent. I booked Sunday lunch for visiting family and myself and all were impressed by the food quality and service. The staff made us welcome and nothing was too much trouble, well done. Our visit was made even more pleasant by the sunshine and service in the garden. So if like me you were hesitant based on the previous ownership dining experience have no fears you won't be disappointed. I'm pleased to say I can highly recommend the Sunday lunch and will be returning soon.

Lovely little pub, extremely clean with comfortable seating. The food was excellent and the stack burger is easily in the top 3 burgers I've ever had (yes it really is that good). The young lady who served us was very polite, helpful and kind. All in all a lovely meal in a lovely village pub. Highly recommended

Great menu. Lovely food. Plenty of it. Would recommend.

Locals making a first visit. Exceeded all expectations. Polite, proactive staff, good food and plenty of it, and at a fair price. Even the kids are well looked after. Just an all round pleasurable, no fuss, dining experience. Beer was good and well kept.

Many pubs could learn a lot from here. We will be back.

Popped in for a quick pint and received a very warm welcome. The landlord even bought doggy beer (water) out for our dog. Apparently, Sunday lunch is frequently a sell out with over a 100 covers which is impressive in what is a fairly remote location.

Visited the Farmers Arms whilst on holiday in the area and couldn't fault it. The food was great and all the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The dogs, Barney and Finn were made very welcome.

Double birthday family meal tonight 😃🎂 Absolutely delicious well cooked food in comfortable surroundings. Fought my son on a challenge to eat the mixed grill 😂 which beat us both but was really tasty.

They catered for my 9yr old grandson too with a good size child’s meal.

Service was very attentive and friendly without being imposing, and the final bill was excellent value for money. Can’t praise this family run business highly enough. Hope they are around for a long time to come so we can recommend to friends.

We will definitely be back for other events. 100% worth booking in for!

A lovely, welcoming pub! Very clean and cosy rooms, my wife and I felt very comfortable just passing through for a drink. The staff were very friendly and made us feel at home. It was New Years Eve, and we were offered some of their lovely buffet that was for later celebrations. Highly recommended!

Just had yet another excellent Sunday lunch.
Marvellous !food and value terrific.
Grandmas home made puddings and desserts are just great.
Well deserving of a visit,support local independent business or they won't be there,and the farmers is well worth supporting
