Coffee & Carrot

Coffee & Carrot was a great place to have breakfast! The coffee was robust and well made. The Posh Porridge was a delicious meal and was more than enough as a serving. The lady who was serving and brewing coffee was also quite friendly. Would to again!

Cute little place for a healthy breakfast/brunch. We had the ‘posh’ porridge, a large juice and nice coffee.

Had a lovely jacket potato, good size, lots of cheese and beans. Fresh salad on the side. Tasty and presented very well.

The cappuccino was lovely and lots of chocolate bits on top. Great menu, so much choice and variety.

Absolutely loved this place. The food was great and the service was excellent. I was just travelling through and thought I would come here for breakfast. I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and the staff continued to be so lovely. My avo toast was so delish and even better as it was shaped as a heart. I hope to one day return.

One of my most favourite places to go in Eastbourne. The staff are so lovely and the food is sublime. My most favourite thing ever is their vegan special wrap with falafel, sundried tomatoes and vg mozzarella.

Went in on Saturday 10 mins before they closed as I ran from a show at the Devonshire Park. The chef made the wrap specially for me as she’d closed the kitchen but I had been craving it and really wanted it as my between show meal. They really do go above and beyond - thank you so much again!❤

Really cute, great vegan options and they’re willing to make adjustments etc. iced latte was one of the best I’ve had! Also very reasonably priced

The best tasting coffee in eastbourne and some really nice food, I'm pretty sure it's family run which I like. I have had a few bits to eat there before , panini, fruit salad, almond croissant ect and it's always been really nice ... THE COFFEE IS AMAZING

My favourite coffee place in Eastbourne for years. The coffee is delicious, prices are reasonable, and the staff is always friendly. Centrally located, plenty of seating outside and a decent amount inside. It's Alice in Wonderland themed too. I go there multiple times a week.

Been visiting this amazing coffee shop for two years. Absolutely love this place. Amazing juices, coffees, teas and food. Great vibe and atmosphere. Lovely place to sit outside.. especially in the autumn months.

Comfortable place to plop down, have a carrot cake, and a hot beverage, and wait out the weather or train.

Nice café with a great selection, especially if you want it to be vegan and gluten-free. The staff are really polite and thoughtful. We come back every time we are on holiday in Eastbourne.

Back after 2 years due to Covid. So glad this place is still open. Great food and great coffee.

We were having a rainy holiday in Hastings and had come to Eastbourne for the day for something to do with our daughter.We luckily happened upon Coffee and Carrot and it made my day. I was feeling sorry for myself during my rainy holiday but this place was so lovely, atmospheric, service was quick and coffee was hot and lovely. We had waited 30 minutes the day before for an average coffee in Battle. I didn't want to leave and go back out in the rain. This place has the X Factor! Thank you for cheering up my holiday, I had a better day after my visit here!
