Coracle Fish & Chips

I can't praise the fish and chips I've just had highly enough. The fish was cooked fresh and the batter was lovely and thin and crispy. The chips were cooked perfectly. A beautiful meal.
Well worth the hours drive to get there.

Having read many good things about Corracle chip shop whilst looking for somewhere to get decent fish & chips whilst we were on a mini break, we visited here last night and expectations were exceeded!
Service was 10/10 - staff were rushed off their feet but still friendly, welcoming & happy to give recommendations.
The food it’s self was incredible - the fish was beautiful with not a single bone and the chips were the best chippy chips I have ever had, especially dipped in the Irish curry sauce, which again was the nicest I have had! Even two fussy children demolished their tea - high praise indeed!
Highly recommend Corracle fish & chips if you are in the area.

Popped in on way back to our cottage as we'd struggled to find anywhere to eat. Only bought chips but they were the best chips I've had in a long while. Also got some tips on places to eat and walk from the owner. Thanks 😊

Had excellent fish and chips whilst on holiday in West Wales. I highly recommend a visit to the Coracle fish and chip shop. Although it's only open from 4:30 till 8:30 p.m.. Well worth a visit. We'll be going again before the holiday is over.

Quick friendly service, happy to help with any requests, very welcoming and very clean, very well priced and probably the best fish and chips I’ve had in a very long time, nice to see people loving what they do and providing exactly what you expect, can’t recommend enough.

Excellent quality. Friendly service. Reasonable price 4,45 for lovely cod bites , chips and unusually lemon wedge ! The guy behind me at 1.50 was disappointed he couldn’t get a burger as they were closing at two.
Really nice crisp light batter like tempura style. Parking and toilet too. Recommended

As chippys go, this is up there! Fantastic well cooked food and speedy service! Visiting Wales with the family, and I've never seen my 4 year old divulge food so quickly. I highly recommend if you're in the area

We are on holiday from the Netherlands and have been in the area several times, we even lived here for a short while back in 2007. Us Dutch folk are very spoiled when it comes to Chippy's. As ours have a crapload of choices when it comes to snacks with your chips, so we tend to set the bar quite high.

We went in with a local friend who recommended the place and had chips, burgers, sausage and cod for dinner. I myself had cheeseburgers and chips and must say the chips were perfect and the cheeseburgers were excellent. My teenage son, who is a fastfood expert 😉😂, was also very impressed with the burgers. My wife had Cod, which she loved. My daughter really enjoyed her chickenburger and chips and our friend munched away happily at her chips and sausage.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was delicious and the prices more than fair. If you are ever in the area and are up for a bite, don't hestitate to grab some food here, your tastebuds and wallet will be most pleased 🙂

What is the best place to buy fish and chips in Wales

Was down seeing family over bank holiday weekend, called in right before closing which we didn’t realise but nothing was too much trouble for them and even brought the food out to us as we was sitting outside. Amazing service and lovely people. Can’t recommend enough. Thanks for being so kind.
