Great little coffee shop near Cilgerran Castle so it does get busy. Lovely home made cakes and scones and excellent coffee, all served by good staff and at sensible prices. Definitely worth a look if you visit the Castle or just in the village.

One of the best breakfasts I've had. And this comment was echoed throughout of group of 11 people! Really nicely cooked, all the eggs were fantastic, nothing over done and burned. The staff were good too and had really good banta, they judged the group well.

A veggie breakfast is also offered which ,too, was commented on highly.

Would definitely recommend visiting, even if its just for a coffee.

So good we went twice! We had lunch at Adele’s on Saturday and went back on Thursday for breakfast. Staying locally we were delighted to find somewhere for light meals in the village. Lovely sandwiches and baguettes with range of fillings served with sides of coleslaw & crisps. Dragon Breakfast was excellent.

A great place to stop for coffee, dogs are not allowed in but are certainly welcome in the outside area. My two Border Collies were treated to a couple of slices of ham. As a treat for being cute. Very friendly people worth a visit

Lovely little cafe with friendly staff. We sat outside as we had our dog with us. They brought our drinks and cake out to us and even brought a bit of chicken out for the dog. Tasty gluten free cake option, which was a huge bonus!

A delightful family run village cafe, serving hot and cold drinks, snacks & meals, and a super range of home made tasty cakes. This cafe is cosy and warm, with a modern, yet traditional feel. I had just visited the local castle, and this was an ideal place to stop, rest and fulfill my desire for warmth and a tasty sweet snack. The staff were welcoming and helpful.... and there was a friendly buzz from locals that seemed to frequent the place: always a good sign of a good cafe....... if the locals approve eh........ 😎

After visiting Cilgerran Castle we popped into the close by Adele’s for lunch. From the moment we stepped inside we were greeted by the very welcoming, warm and friendly staff. They were especially lovely towards our 2 young children. The food was also very tasty indeed. Definitely recommend if you are visiting the area and looking for somewhere to eat.

Perfect place to stop if you're visiting the castle or anything else in the area.

Really nice food for a very reasonable price. The carrot cake was very good.

The staff are super friendly too. Like going into your mum's for Sunday lunch/tea

I can't rate this cafe highly enough - what a lovely place!

My family (husband, toddler, and two dogs) stopped here for a bite after exploring the castle today. I had the cream tea, my husband had a BLT and we ordered a bowl of chips for the lad to snack on. It was all excellent quality.

The staff are second to none. We chatted with several different staff members who were the friendliest of people. They even made our very wet and smelly dogs feel at home with a cheeky treat just for them!

I ended up buying some cakes to take home with us as a treat. If we visit the area again, we'd stay in Cilgerran and that would mainly be due to the wonderful welcome at Adele's.

This is such a fantastic place - the food is great cafe grub, the cakes are enormous and delicious, and the staff are kind, warm and accommodating of our family rabble! Kids loved the milkshakes! Don't usually leave reviews but we came here several times on our holiday and it was the best place we lunched in all of sw wales! It's location is amazing too - a 2 minute stroll from the fab castle.
