Stopped in for a drink with a colleague when in the area. Love this pub, friendly staff, sensible prices and a great atmosphere. What else to say, we didn't eat so cannot comment, if you have a dog they will be welcome and offered a bowl of water.

Staying in the village for the weekend, pub was virtually next door. Walking in transported me back to what pubs were like years ago. Busy, warm friendly, comfortable. Luckily had pre-booked for our party of ten to eat. Service, beer and food were excellent. Would 100% recommend if in the area. Made our weekend complete. Well done

Food was excellent so was the friendly service. Relaxing atmosphere. Well worth every penny, of the reasonable price. Will definitely go again and recommend it.

A quintessential English country pub located in a beautiful village right by the sea. Food, drink and service were all awesome.

What a lovely Briritsh pub! Sitting there in the sunshine with a great pint or refreshing cider makes you proud to be British 😉

Stayed for the weekend in room 6. Wonderful stay. Lots of space in the room. Large bathroom. Had two extra beds put in the room and still had lots of space. Bed really comfortable Warm and clean. Breakfast lovely and plenty of choice. Good service . Dog had a lovely time too . Plenty of parking and close to the beach. Had a lovely relaxing time. We were well looked after by all the staff. Friendly place to stay. Will stay again 👍👍🐕

Lovely pub with very tasty food and nice staff. Dog friendly. Nice to go for a stop after a long walk on the beach.

Lovely pub to spend a sunny bank holiday Monday having a lazy pint and lunch .. host was great and definitely had a hint of Micky Flanagan about him :)

This is a brilliant pub!
The barmen were attentive and went out of their way to accomadate me, my friend and his dog.
The drinks served were nice, the food i had was great and what a beautiful part of the world!
The "locals" whom I spoke to were very cheery and welcoming

Fantastic food, lovely location. Staff were super friendly, and a pub that welcomes dogs is always a plus for us!!

Absolutely brilliant. Very interestingly decorated place. Old and new combined harmonically. Pictures, sculptures, funny texts, history of the place. The furniture gives a warm homely feeling. Delicious meal, served with gusto.

Didn't stay there, but have stopped for lunch both times stayed in Norfolk for a holiday. Dog friendly despite some locals and councillors trying to tell dog walkers to stay away.

So please clean up after your dog and respect others if your dog is a bit excitable.

I love Norfolk for the reason it is dog friendly I find dogs are more behaved than children and some families I have been on a beach after families and mess they leave behind.

Councillors and some locals if we did not come you would loose the income of these business and your lovely village will be a ghost town..

Please not all dog owners are irresponsible.

I wish more bins were on the nature reserve.

I don't normally give five stars as it gives a place something to aspire to but seriously:
Dogs welcome. They are everywhere. Absolutely love them.
The beer is awesome and quickly served from bar.
The food we ordered using the app. Ten minutes to the table and it was fresh.
All in all a lovely experience and lovely food and drink.
Can't wait to go back.

Tried this pub during our stay in winter on sea. Food and service was excellent. Very dog friendly. During height of season especially I would say book a table in advance as was very busy the night we were there. That said they have a large amount of tables and can cater for large groups. A definite recommendation for somewhere to eat or even just a drink as lots of tables outside for the sunny afternoons

Good parking. Delicious food, nice beer, and wonderful staff. And the ambiance is delightful.

Only went for a few pints when on holiday. Staff were pleasant, and tĥe place was clean. The food looked good and looked good portions. I had planned to go for a meal, but there was a change of circumstances.
