Amazing traditional English breakfast. Well worth the money.

Lovely eccentric little café, food was lovely. Full breakfast was particularly delicious big portion and nice to have mushrooms and tomatoes that are actually nice and a load of fried potatoes too, delicious!!

We visited pentre barn and was recommended here. Food was cooked fresh and the cafe was very cute and cosy. The owners were both very pleasant and the atmosphere was so relaxed. Definitely recommended

Fantastic little café! Very accommodating friendly people working there; family run and very professional. AMAZING cooked breakfasts (we had full English & vegetarian. Super hash browns!) and excellent value for money.

Absolute amazing English breakfast. What a gem in Ellesmere. I always love a full English breakfast when on holiday and definitely rate it 10 out of 10 for the meals they served here. We were a party of 4 adults, one child, and a baby. All of the food was served at the same time and beautifully cooked. I had the Shropshire blend coffee and it was served in a French press. It tasted divine.

Our car suggested this cafe and got to say it was an excellent choice! Service was exceptional, tea was perfect and the breakfasts were the best! This is our new go to breakfast restaurant 🥳

My wife and I have lunched here often and have always been very pleased with our food. I would certainly highly recommend the Ham salad in the Spring and Summer - fantastic quality and value. The baguettes are also extremely good.

We are regulars here. Good service, excellent food (particularly the bacon), friendly staff and convenient location. Walk round the Mere afterwards and it’s calorie neutral.

Owners are lovely and attentive, making sure you are happy with everything. We had cappuccino and the vegetarian breakfast, tasty and plentiful.
