Excellent service and great at helping. Been here a few times to collect items and once had need of helping find a right item. They didn't have it but were great at trying to find out if they did, recommended a place I might find it and even helped with the idea of a good temporary solution. Would buy here again

Paid a visit here to get some screws I couldn't get elsewhere, had 1 box in stock.
I was welcomed by a very friendly female member of staff who sourced what I needed without any fuss or delay.
Good staff/customer interaction is pivitol in business and this lady got it spot on.

Had a pleasant experience here. The young woman who served me was very friendly, polite and provided speedy service. I was happy with the safety boots purchased. I would go back to this store but have made purchases online then collected them from the King's Lynn store as it very near to my workplace.

A fairly small unit with parking spaces for about ten cars/vans. Shop itself is well organised but with limited space cannot display everything they sell, best search online first. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Great service, great staff & great selection of products. Thoroughly impressed. Needed help finding a leather hole-punch for a belt I needed to adjust & they were able to sort me out in less than 5 minutes. 10/10 recommend.

All done on click and collect. You get an SMS message as soon as the order is ready for collection and pick up from the counter. Generally very little waiting time at present and good social distancing in place. Most things are available same day. Occasionally a part needs to come from a warehouse and can be upto 48 hours.

We have used this place many times. We mainly order and collect from there, but they do have off the shelf items. Never had a wrong order and the staff have always been friendly, packing area is very small and no customer toilet that I have seen, but you shouldn't require one as people are not normally in there for very long.

I click and collected 2 items. Went straight in,was served immediately. Hardly took any time out of my working day. Highly recommended.

Open literally every day from early morning till evening. Plenty of items in stock, if not in stock, I can order for next day delivery, or collection. Also reserve online and collect in sfore, shich is very good option. Prices ard competitive. Good !

Absolutely brilliant service from Ben when I returned an item with a manufacturing fault, he understood exactly what I had an issue with and resolved the problem in no time at all, can't recommend these guys highly enough.

I visited during the COVID19 situation and the safety measures in place are very good. The staff are really friendly and helpful and obviously the stock is plentiful. Great prices too!

Mainly i had a great experience because the staff at the wisbech branch are not the normal run of the mill type of customer service. They actaully seem to care and make an effort to help you get what you need. Will be using this branch over the other local ones due to this amazing effort.

Fantastic services provided by the screwfix team. I am a trades person using most products from screws to electric plumbing and painting. I usually pop in there most days of the week and get my products when I need them.

Love screwfix, fantastic range of products, really good trade quality and pretty much as low as trade prices as you will get on most products. Quick and competitive and also has click and collect which cuts down on wasted journeys.

Click and collect was easy to do. One item not in so was able to get similar item with the help of very good salesperson.

Always excellent service here. Have pretty good stock levels too.
