I went in looking for a new phone. I got a new phone and excellent service from Sam, Amna and Yoosuf. They work so well together and use an amazing synergy to give you the best service. Will be looking forward for a long-term working relationship.

Had brilliant customer service at this store from Joe Harvey. I was looking to get an upgrade for 4 SIM cards, Joe listened to what my needs were and did all that he could to make sure I got a good deal and sort out what was quite a complex upgrade on the end due to the several numbers and plans. He even went out of his way by making himself late to leave his shift to ensure all the sims were swapped over and activated properly for me - I really appreciate his time, his kindness and his patience. He’s an asset to this store. Thank you Joe!

Excellent experience at this store. My mobile phone had been stolen and Stewart at the store quickly sorted me out with a new sim card for my replacement phone and transferred my existing number over immediately. He was extremely professional, reassuring and friendly. Yoosuf then fitted the new phone with a screen protector, again he was excellent and very thorough and professional. Both are a credit to the store and to 3 Mobile. Thank you!

Sam was amazing working within my budget I set and couldn't do more to help me. Anyone visiting the three store meadowhall ask for this man! Top notch

Well I have had the best experience today with the staff in the three store. Helped me with all my issues and didn't once complain about the time taken for it. A special shout out to Pedro Peter and Lewis for keeping me company whilst waiting for my phone to do its thing! Best service ever! Still a 10/10

Had the privilege of been served by Pedro yesterday at Meadowhall store. He was INCREDIBLE! I went in wanting to see if they could better a deal I had been given from my old provider and he did just that. The exact same deal but three offered me it at half the price!

He was welcoming and friendly, can’t fault the service at all. I was in and out within 15 minutes with a new contract at half the price! Can’t complain with that.

I have had an issue with receiving calls on my phone since purchasing it. I was back and forth between three and apple and never had an outcome. However, yesterday I popped into three whilst shopping in meadowhall. A gentleman called Stewart assisted me with my issue. I don't have the words to say how amazing he was. I was there for around 2 hours and from start to finish he made me feel comfortable and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. He was very informative and extremely welcoming and friendly. He even asked that when my phone goes back to how it should give the store a call so he knows how to help others if they have the same problem in the future. Absolute class guy, thank you so much Stewart.

Having attended Three today I was privileged to be served by Yoosuf who was the consummate professional showing me respect, kindness and knowledge. His patience and help was very much appreciated. Having attended the store with my husband Dene today we were looked after by the fantastic Annabel who showed great patience and superb knowledge/customer care. She was so calm and put Dene at total ease as he was super stressed. She is premier league, a super super star according to my hubby. Massive thanks.

We had a very wonderful experience at three(31/10/23),the staff is really amazing, would like to personally thank Chris G for his exceptional and excellent service, very patient and humble , he took his time explaining everything in detail ,made us feel really comfortable and made everything so easy, I didn't get the name of the other Staff but he was really wonderful as well and they both took their time to explain everything to us, my husband and I walked out of the store with the biggest smiles on our faces,I would say for the best service please do pay them a visit you wont be disappointed

Cannot praise Stewart highly enough. After 3 days of issues trying up upgrade online via the app, he's restored my faith in your company. He's an absolute star. He couldn't have been more helpful, knowledgeable, professional and accommodating. He went over and above in terms of customer service which is rare these days. Please ensure he rightly receives some recognition and reward for this. One very happy customer!

Helpful staff, the usual you'd expect at a sales driven phone place, but actually genuinely interested in getting the best deal for the customer.

I have all of my family contract on 3 and it was expensive, I do have a small business alongside my job. As a result I got a business contract that halved my costs!

I was served by a great lad named Yoosuf. I came in to complain about a billing issue, and I was ready to switch after not getting anywhere with Customer Services over the phone, even though I've been with Three for over 15 years.
Yoosuf saw that I had multiple accounts and that I am self-employed. So, I ended up walking out with a new phone and unbeatable unlimited sim only plans on Business, which I had no idea Three did.
Not only did he answer my questions and enlightened me about Three's amazing 5G updates, but he also managed to retain a long-time customer and save me some money in the long run.
He should definitely receive some recognition, an absolute legend.

We met Annabel in the 3 store in Meadowhall today (07.11.23) She was extremely helpful, friendly and we got exactly what we wanted. Thank you Annabel :)

Pedro patiently sorted out my Huwaei phone for me, was saying I was in TalkBack mode, meant absolutely nothing to me! Followed all on screen instructions to no avail. Bless you Pedro-now I can ring my 85 year old husband to make sure he's wearing sunblock!! Grateful thanks!
