Dunelm

Ordered on line last night opted for click and collect. Got an e mail first thing this morning saying it was ready. It was the first time i had visited i was pleasantly surprised. The store sells everything you could think of for the home . Curtains( large selection of colours) , blinds, bedding , poles, materials, wallpapers even spotted some nets. Also sells kitchen appliances, tableware, cutlery etc. Has started getting its xmas 🎄 stuff in. Has customer toilets, a lift, and an upstairs cafe. They have very nice lighting too. Will visit again.

Have used click and collect a few times now. It's so straight forward and convenient ,would recommend using it.

As a staff member I love this place,lots of choice,good prices,pleasent helpful staff,fantastic cafe(pausa),go on treat yourselves.

We use it regularly and usually have coffee and cake 😁
A friendly warning though.... The coffee is pretty strong, even for me!🥴

Bought some drawers easy to put together parking bit of a pain as went at busy time but overall good

Got some curtains but she's taken them back I did tell the Mrs to get.more costly ones ...they weren't very thick for thermal curtains

Our objective was to pick up a click and collect, immediately on entering the store a staff member asked if we were here for click and collect or just shopping, we answered "both" so she took our name so the item would be at the checkout waiting for us, I know it's only a little thing but it shows an extra level of customer care, we also found the other item we needed with help from another member of staff, the store is clean and bright and the coffee bar upstairs was worth the visit too

Had a fantastic morning making a Christmas wreath with Becki. Brilliant tuition, really patient. Enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea afterwards.😀

I find Dunhelm a value for money store with a large selection of quality goods.

Got there at opening time and there was a queue,,that shows how popular it is, it's not cheap but most of the stuff is of a decent quality and well stocked

An excellent shop for all your household needs. Bedding and towels are top quality along with a whole range of goods

Great products at very good prices. We have purchased many items here for our new home. My office desk, which is as good as any from the oak furniture retailers; decorative items; cocktail chairs, and a large rug that is perfect in our new home. Service in the stores is very customer orientated, with helping hands everywhere to carry items to your car if you need that. The cafe also deserves a mention at the Rotherham branch for it's excellent bacon butties, coffee and apple pie. Again, customers are treated with care and respect throughout their visit.

Always a great place to go and find those perfect items for the home, that you didn't even you know you needed. Loved it. And there's always cafe pausa for a break.

I ordered four blinds on line to be delivered to store. Came to install them and one had fixing parts missing. Went in to store and had a lovely lady on the till sort replacement fixings instantly. Really helpful member of staff

Great for fabrics and any soft furnishings for your home. I just needed a table protector for our oak table and they had a great choice of sizes. They are also keeping up with the times and I was able to get one that matched the colours of the room.
