A great store with a huge selection of brands to buy from.
Quite a few offers available in-store which means that some of the shoes were more than 50% cheaper than the standard RRP.
Lots of staff available for help and to get some shoes tried on.
I eventually after some much deliberation went for a pair of Vans UltraRange EXO. Which are very lightweight and comfortable.

Lovely girl who i believe is called Abbie served me, she was very helpful when i was trying to find my size in the New Balance 530s, she was very quick and efficient through the whole ordering process. Thanks Abbie, you were amazing!

As soon as we went into the store, there was a friendly atmosphere and one assistant in particular, stood out. She welcomed us the store and passed the time of day with us. I had wanted a pair of Dr Marten boots for a while and when I seen the boots at the right price, was very interested. She sorted my order our and she made our shopping trip a pleasure.

Very friendly and helpful staff when shopping for school shoes for a fussy child. They were very understanding with getting us different styles and sizes. We will definitely be back when we need some more new shoes.

VERY nice staff. They are helpful polite and attentive, Jenny made sure I was being seen too and wasn't just felt, offered me advice etc. I felt valued as a person and customer in here and that's a nice feeling.

I went into store with a query about a pair of boots I bought online a year earlier. There was a manufacturing issue with the production of the shoe and I needed a new pair or a refund. The staff and management were lovely and more than happy to help. A replacement was offered and I went home with a new pair. Thanks for help, customer service was brilliant :)

I went into Schuh today looking for a pair of crocs, the staff were very nice and welcoming. Nathan in particular was very accommodating and helpful, when we were looking at the shoes. I rarely give reviews but this store has some of the best trained staff and I highly recommend here if you're looking for good quality shoes and amazing customer serivce.

I've done click and collect here a few times, the most recent being last week. The loveliest staff, knowledgeable, and feel like they're giving the customer a 1-1 service.

Schuh is usually the first shop we look in when we park in the Red section at the Metrocentre. I always browse the Dr. Martens display while my wife wanders around the ladies' displays. Sometimes she gets something, sometimes I do.
This time I noticed some black boots with embroidered designs..."a winged tiger? Wow!"...and in the Sale! I was asked by a young man called Fin if I needed any help, and he checked stock for my size, listened to my Doc Martens stories, and even managed to sell me a Dr Martens bag in which to carry my box containing my new pair of Dr Martens 1460 Souvenir boots.
Great selection, good prices and excellent service! Guess which shop will be the first one I go into next time!

Popped into Schuh metro today on the 24th April to just buy some socks and see if they had any Nike AF1’s in stock. Unfortunately I didn’t like any of the ones in but what I did like was the socks - Thanks to a very nice recommendation from a member of staff. She and the rest of the staff were very helpful and friendly. Was only in 2 mins like but thought I’d still review as the experience was very good. Keep it up!

On our first visit they took my email to notify me of new stock. I reserved my daughters shoes. On my second visit there was a long Covid queue. The team worked the queue and brought my reserved Doc Martens to me. Excellent service.

Great shop. A good choice of different brands. Nice, pleasant, and helpfull staff. Helpfull but not pushy. They ask if they can help, and i said i was just looking so they left me alone to browse until I asked for help. I was even given a compliment on the footwear i had chosen. I will return, and I will also visit the kids store with my son.

trainers we wanted not in stock so the store ordered them in with free delivery to your door , all staff we dealt with were helpful, friendly and knowledgeable as we went looking for a size 5 and found out with we needed a 6 haha will use again without hesitation
