I had to visit the shop after I had a problem with a pair of failed trainers I purchased in Australia. I believe it was Simon I was managed by, who could not do enough for me and worked out a solution that we were both agreeable upon. He listened to my issue then worked through a few solutions with a great patience. Thank you.

Massive sale on great staff except one staff member on a separate day put me off as he kept following me and standing over me while I was trying to look. Went back yesterday with different staff on and they were very helpful and friendly.
