Popped in today with my Little boy 17 months old having managed to lose one of his recently purchased shoes. Mohammed served us, it was busy in the kids section but staff were very efficient and polite. My little boy is a bit wriggly but Mohammed was very good with him and patient. Great service.

Well worth the journey to the shop and had my feet measured for the first time since I was a young lad. I am now 73 !!! Overall a good service. Thank you

We took our daughter for her first shoe fitting today. Helen was amazing, she was so patient with us and our daughter. Nothing was too much trouble and she must have tries about 8 pairs of shoes on at least. She explained how the sizing workrd and how often we need to get her feet measured. We have came away with a perfect fitting pair of shoes for her.

Received excellent help from Phineas with my two boys. We must have tried 20 pairs for our autistic son and given a quiet place to try them on.

Great, as always. The staff member that my wife and I dealt with seemed very knowledgeable of the shoes we were looking for. They were also very polite and patient too ... which seems to be a fast disappearing quality in retail staff lately.

Great experience getting our daughter's first pair of shoes. Rory took us through the whole process, and was obviously very knowledgeable about the process. Definitely recommended.

Went here yesterday to get my son’s school shoes. Very busy in there, we went later in the afternoon but I didn’t have to wait too long to get someone to help, they have a ticket system and it was only a few minutes waiting time. Nathan helped us and he was very patient and really kind as my son has special needs. I would definitely recommend Clarks as top quality care in children’s shoe fittings and shoe wear. The staff in here are very helpful and kind too.

Went today with my daughter for school shoes . It was extremely busy and noisy and she started to panic as she is autistic with sensory processing disorder, I explained this to josh who kindly took myself and my daughter round the back where it was quite to measure her feet and choose her shoes , I'm extremely grateful for this ! Josh is an asset to your company and was absolutely fantastic with my daughter. Getting her school shoes became a enjoyable experience for her and she walked out of the store with a huge smile on her face. Thank you !!!

Went to have both grandchildren s feet measured.We were served by Kate who was under supervision by a guy with a beard. Both were so good, as it took some time sourcing the right shoe for my granddaughter Amelia. We ended up buying 2 pairs, do very happy!

We went to Clark’s metro centre today to have our daughter fitted for school shoes we were seen by hazel and Lauren, both were amazing, friendly and nothing was a problem! They were so professional, when the shoe we originally picked wasn’t in stock they brought out all the black patent ones they had so we could see them we made our decision and we couldn’t of been more happy! Thank you To you both for going above and beyond even though you were both really busy! You were both amazing!!

We were served by Jack at the Metro Centre branch today. Our 2 year old has always hated getting her feet measured, but Jack was brilliant with her - very sweet and patient - and he was able to get her feet measured quickly and accurately with very little fuss. What has usually been quite a stressful experience became a much easier outing thanks to Jack and his professional yet personable manner!

Been with my wife and daughter “15 months old” to look for a first shoes for our daughter. After a long day for hunting, Jess was very helpful to find the suitable ones that our daughter loved straightaway. Jess had a lot of patient, enthusiasm and made our daughter play around assisting her and making sure that the shoes gives her the best experience as it’s a crucial moment for the child development.
Really appreciate it and definitely enjoyed the experience.

My wife and I visited the store on 11/2/22 and was served by Lauren, who was bright, friendly, attentive and patient (even to the point of my wife trying on shoes with the cardboard inserts still present and complaining they did not fit, ahem!). Lauren noticed the mishap and gave good advice with good humour too and a successful purchase was made. Input from other staff also made it a pleasurable experience but best of all Lauren and her willingness to keep trying to find the right shoes to fit (five different sizes of the same pair!). We left the shop very happy and there were smiles all round. We shall definitely call again! 10/10!

Popped in on a busy saturday to buy my son some school shoes. The store was really busy and there was a little wait to try shoes on but the manager Lauren kept popping over to see if we were okay and ensured us that the wait would not be much longer. When it was our turn we were served by the nicest girl ever! Her name was Jess and she was so patient with my little boy and helped us find the perfect shoes for him. Both Jess and Lauren really looked after us and will 100% return when my son needs new shoes!

Was a very pleasant experience. A lovley male staff member was very polite and helped me find the right shoes. Great customer service he is a credit to the company. Thank you 😊

Visited for my daughters first shoes and the sales assistant was extremely helpful. She was polite with an abundance of pacience which is great for a 1 year old. Products are great quality and for a price to match.

Excellent customer care. Went to buy school shoes for kids. The customer service executive was very helpful, measured feet size of both kids and suggested the right size of shoes. Option to bring it back until February,if they grow out of it .

Visited today to get my little boy’s shoes fitted, we were served by Nathan who was absolutely fantastic and so helpful, my little boy has wide feet and Nathan listened to us and spent time making sure the fit was right and we were happy. Thank you for your help

Fantastic service!!! We visited the store on Saturday 31st March and my son is autistic. He struggled with the amount of people in the shop and they offered us to go in the back where it was quiet and he was different again..he went in the shop not wanting to go in and came out with the new shoes on. The shop manager afterwards came and spoke to us to see if everything was ok. The young girl that served us was brilliant. I can’t thank them enough for the service we received and the help they gave us for my little boy. He loves his new shoes ☺

What a great asset you guys have in Nikki who went the extra mile to prevent a school shoe emergency. Her interaction with a shy girl was second to non , all she was focused on was that we went away with the idea pair of perfectly fitting shoes. Thanks again x.
