Staff done a brilliant job at keeping our 2 year old entertained, getting her measurements and best advice for growing feet. Definitely go back when it's time to get more as they knock off a fiver and donate the shoes

Absolutely amazing service from Lily. She was so patient and helpful with my very temperamental daughter. Came home with exactly what we wanted and a smiling child (that's a massive achievement believe me!)

my daughter and granddaughter took me in for some new shoes for her for nursery. loads of great up fashion stock at great prices . my granddaughter can be a handful when trying items on . the uniformed staff were absolutely amazing. mammy chose some shoes ,the assistant took over the measuring and then the fitting and spoke so comfortably to my granddaughter in a way she ticked every box for a shop assistant, we managed to get her some shoes and the farewell was as good as the greeting. what a relaxed atmosphere and brilliant staff, and must for everyone wanting children's schuhs this is the place to go. I will give this store 10/10 +.

Visited this place a few times since my daughter's first pair of shoes at age 1 (she is currently 2.5 years old). Staff are always so friendly to us all, especially to my daughter. They give her balloons and actually take the time to speak to her which is fantastic. Above and beyond.

There's lots of choice, Georgia served us and provided an excellent and personal service, she's a lovely bubbly person, my son enjoyed having lots of attention showered on him and getting to try on various types of shoe

We had a fantastic experience this morning at Schuh Kids Metrocentre, this is how all shopping trips should be! We were served by Anya who had such a lovely way with my little boy and definitely deserves recognition for her great customer service. We left with new shoes, a sticker and a balloon, and donated his old shoes to charity for £5 off his new ones. Thank you Anya!

I went in to get a pair of birthday shoes that I had saw on the website. As I walked in there was a stand and it had the ones I wanted and I asked the worker if he could get me them in a size 3 and one minute later a women was at the till with a size three! I will be going back to that shop
