Have had many fabulous meals at this lovely homely pub, but on this occasion, it was Christmas Dinner. Well prepared, good service, friendly atmosphere. Reasonably priced. Will definitely be returning.

Cracking pub set in a lovely village. Hosts are Top notch and not forgetting the Sunday lunch is beautiful. Highly recommend.

Delicious Sunday lunch with all the trimmings ! Advice having the smaller portion to leave room for the lush dessert. Ginger sponge highly recommended.

A rare original pub, traditional fayre and friendly staff, had an excellent family Sunday dinner. Food was spot on, highly recommend for an English roast like we all used to enjoy. Marvelous!

My large family and I spent the whole afternoon here where they supplied a hot buffet food after our beautiful aunts funeral..we then stayed on to order food off the evening menu . I have to say everything was fab .♥

Friendly staff, best meals for miles around, home cooking and good sized portions, excellent pint of Black Sheep or guest pint. Everything I look for in a pub.
