Asda Stanley Superstore

Our handset went bang when we reached till.a mint lad called Paul was mint put all stuff through checkout no bother .He was sohelpful friendly and so COOL nice one Paul n nice one Asda

Shout out to a member of staff called Brian who helped myself and wife in the cake aisle to download a photo from our mobile phone(we aren't techno savvy) to the machine that prints pictures on to cakes,to say he was patient is an understatement.

ASDA's is good because you can buy clothes it has a pharmacy and grocery and loads more sections of helpful items you can use at home or anywhere! Perfect!

Lovely experience Andrea was kind with us and we got exactly what we were looking for!

Had to reschedule delivery time today as I was delayed at Durham Hospital with my husband.
I contacted customer service, a young man organised this change with no issues.
Delivery driver was so lovely, very pleasant, would appreciate passing on my compliments.

Left the store with my shopping in a new bought bag for life which snapped and a glass jar of pickles broke and leaked all over my other food. I went back into store to the customer service desk and they could not of been nicer told me to go grab everything I had in the bag and replaced everything free of charge including a new bag. Thankyou very much amazing customer service!!!

Entered today to a very friendly security guard cheerfully offering masks but equally as cheerful when I politely declined. Its a yes from me!
Picked up some great bargains too, and checkout girl was equally friendly 😊

Cracking breakfast nice start before the shopping

I was there 8.00am Monday 2nd Nov 2020. There were no more than a couple of dozen people in store.
It took me 35mins to do our weekly shop, it was great, and I picked up a couple of bargains as well.
Shop sensible and shop safe.

I've had a couple of issues in the store but staff and management sorted it fast. So really cant complain about the store. Or the staff. Keep up the good work.

Absolute legends in the cafe Lisa and Tracy smiles you could see through there masks five of us came in proper hungry and they sorted us right out defo would come here to eat again genuine lovely staff and thats hard to get these days promote them ASAP

The member of staff that helped me was so nice and kind... 5* to her alone ty to the young girl on the bakery.

It's a good supermarket thanks to all the staff for working everyday through corona they never get recognition while everyone's out clapping for other people and everyone else is hiding in the house wed have no food without them thank you unsung and underappreciated heroes

Very helpful if you cannot fined what you want they will help love asda and can always good clothing great value

Love asda nearly always find what I'm looking for even in these hard times stopped going to Tesco in Annifield plain as shelfs are always empty , I find at Asda in Stanley wait times differ when the staff dont want to stand outside in the cold you wait longer but as a whole enjoy shopping here .

It has more food to shop in asda supermarkets it has nice coffee shop and do nice pizza 🍕☕🥧

The asda Stanley is a very popular store. Reasonable prices and product variety. Customer service is good. The café is good where you can always chat to some wonderful people.

Asda has great, fairly priced produce and a really good clothing department for children men and women. Well done Asda.
