B&M Store with Garden Centre

Would like to say a special thank you to Michelle Wright for all her help with our purchase over the bank holiday weekend. She went above and beyond for us and we were able to purchase a very large palm and get it transported right to our door. Thank you so much, your amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Good selection as store is large. If you like Xmas decorations a good choice for you. The cashier was very pleasant who served us. Their furniture looked quite nice and reasonably priced and good selection in DIY - HOME etc.

Not a bad experience at all. Their only Achilles Heel is lack of personnel. Staff they have are nice, they just seem pushed too much. Found some ideal items I didn't expect. No complaints

Huge! First time at this particular b&m and it felt bigger than most I have been too. Great selection of house plants and they're super low budget! Amazing homeward section. Quick on the tills and friendly and helpful staff.

The tannoy system blasting music out is irritating as you have a job talking to anyone over by the wallpapers 😞

Always have everything you need

Great B&M store, always fully stocked and very clean. Staff are very friendly and the whole store just has great atmosphere. I also believe the is the biggest B&M in the Newcastle.

What a great store - probably the biggest I've ever been in. If you were updating your home, then they have everything from laminate flooring, wallpaper, kitchenware, bedding, curtains, paint and even a huge grocery and freezer section. I spent a fortune but made some fantastic savings too.

Huge store, well stocked, plenty of parking & friendly staff. The garden centre is fairly extensive too with gravel, wood fencing, pots and plants, as well as garden furniture!

The afternoon tea to die for, had ham sandwich hand cut ham in bun of choice was lovely, Had piece of pie warm good size, cakes and cream scone, could only eat half other left was put in boxes for us to take away. We went to Shilbottle shop staff were lovely and helpful. Protective rules in place. Had problem with voucher present we had but they sorted out without fuss, social distance was kept. Really enjoyed was a treat.

Well stocked shelves. So much variety and staff are spot on. Best B&M I've been to.

Bargain s galore. Always liked bm. Usaly go yo byker . But wallsend good garden centre.very good prices. Good quality. As well.went for toys for a 5 yr old birthday present scooter lol. Good price. ..I love the bedding . .ND curtains . Il be doing xmas shoping ther. Too.
