The Range, Benton

Andrew at the Benton store was absolutely fantastic. He was super friendly and when the store didn’t have exactly what I was looking for, he offered an alternative product and explained how to use it. Credit to the store thank you Andrew!

Xmas decoration shopping for outdoor lights, plenty of options to choose but a lot of stock had already sold out. Some bits discounted and we picked up. a few pieces that were what we needed. Busy store today.

I attended this store looking for garden equipment. I was assisted by a staff member called Dale. He was really helpful and knowledgeable about the items they sold. Great member of staff, who provided the help I needed. Rate quality in many shops.

Large Range store with an Iceland frozen foods inside. This store sells everything, home decor, lighting, Decorating supplies, art supplies, furniture, small electrical appliances, gardening supplies and plants, pet supplies and a changeable seasons section, garden furniture in the spring and summer, halloween in autumn and then Christmas decorations. Isles are wide enough for accessibility. Staff are friendly. There is plenty of parking space. Good location. Cafe and toilets were not open upon last visit. There is a Starbucks within the car park also if needing refreshments.

Decent size store with a wide RANGE of items to choose from. This store also has a mini Iceland freezer store inside which is handy. The store is a lot more easier to navigate now since they have had a shuffle around of the displays. Although it's not a huge Range store like the one at the MetroCentre it's still a decent size with at least 80% of the bigger stores items.

Plenty parking spaces and great prices, inside aisles are slim but main aisles are OK, they sell Gordon and home acc at reasonable prices

Firstly I have to say that the lady who served us on the checkout was absolutely amazing pleasant, smiled and the whole place lit up what a lovely person.
The shop itself was very much like I had expected it to be, clean and staff are there to help which they do without question overall a great experience.
I purchased a few thing's. Thank you for the excellent customer service.

Small outside area, the coffee is very good as well as being quite strong. There isn't a large menu but everything was nice and reasonable priced.

Good for inexpensive items. Limited on certain ranges but good place for artists materials. Just popped round to buy topsoil, good price. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful. Since the remodeling of the store it seems brighter and flows better. The introduction of a small Iceland shop is a bonus.
