Problems with seven year old Toshiba laptop and it’s motherboard ‘backup battery’. I made initial contact online with David, he replied with a phone call and agreed to collected the laptop the following day. He phoned me a couple of hours later having resolved the problem and returned the laptop later that afternoon.
Fast excellent service from a very competent computer technician. Well recommended for his capability and pleasant demeanour.

Called David about my VERY slow desk top PC, he explained options for repair or replacement.
I opted for the upgraded hard drive.
22 hours from my first call to having my super fast PC home, up and running, EXCELLENT!!

I contacted Scorpion Computers with a very dead laptop. David was able to give it a small kiss of life but not enough to save it from the laptop graveyard. He tried every option possible to try and save it, calling many of his contacts for help. The laptop was beyond saving and I purchased one of his reconditioned laptops and he fitted a SSD at at my request. He was able to get all my data from the dead machine and handover to me a laptop with all my data back on it. Excellent customer service through out even calling when the news was bad. I would highly recommend Scorpion Computers / David. First class at a very good price.

I've been having PC issues for a while so I contacted Scorpion for advice. I decided to go all new after seeing some of the machines on the website and realising how out of date mine was.
I'd never had a completely brand new PC before so I wanted to make sure I understood what I was buying. I had asked for some additions (extra cooling power and graphics related upgrades) but he told me honestly that it wouldn't be necessary with the new machine. He is honest and won't sell you something that would be of no benefit and he'll explain why. I love my new machine, it runs exactly like I wanted, fast and quiet, has pretty lights and doesn't take 2-3 attempts to boot like my last old girl did.
I've known David for a few years and trust his opinion, knowledge and skills 100%. In the past he's helped guide me through some PC issues over the phone, saving me tons of hassle and a fortune. He asks the right questions, explains things clearly and keeps his customers up to date with progress if he's working on their machine.
Aftercare service is spot on too. I had a query related to the monitor set up after I set up the new machine and again, he was honest and clear.
