One of my favourite charity shops. This store is beautifully laid out and so tidy. Staff are friendly and there is a great selection of items

Lots of stuff here and lots of space. Excellent children's section, all labelled by age and gender which is amazing. Relatively expensive for a charity shop hence 4* review. Staff are friendly

I shop in here often for toys etc for my children, today I left disappointed and annoyed. I approached a member of staff (the manager I was told) about a certain clothing item .... It was a baby's matching top and bottoms set, I noticed it had 2 separate price tags so I questioned if it should have 1 price tag... Maybe they hadn't noticed? She straight away was very passive aggressive and rude, when I confronted her about her rudeness and said there was no need I was only asking kindly she got even more rude saying she didn't understand the question and what was the problem. I walked away and put the item back as it wasn't worth the hassle . There are ways of speaking to customers when I was only asking a reasonable question politely. I did address this with another member of staff who apologised on her behalf I asked if they are having a stressful day in the shop because if so it's not fair to off load that onto the customer's we all have bad days but hopefully she will learn to deal with it better in future. I will still enjoy shopping here but may refrain from asking for help in future

Nice shop, clean and spacious but some of the items are more expensive than they are new. Prices are little on the high side so I probably wouldn't return.

Great store for buying pre loved items,, I've bought some lovely stuff from there, but, the staff need to have a better attitude to both people buying and donating as their generosity funds this charity

Nice shop and welk laid out but pricing is ridiculous i do understand on some items it being higher but on second hand clothes that have been donated is shocking for example a plain pair of joggers f and f from tescos priced at £6 pound considering they are only £8 brand new if sell cheaper u get more custom

Warning to younger people!! Be careful of the big hulk looking woman with tattoos who thinks every person walks into the shop is a thief! She follows you around and then gets on her high horse when you confront her.. she thinks it's OK to think everyone is a thief. Great customer service.. is she a volunteer because she's not worth paying! Avoid if she's working..... used to be a great place to shop.
