Lovely clean and nice place for stay during Temple visit. This was our 2nd stay here in the Bunk House. Found the house nice & clean. The beds are comfortable. Enough toilets & bathrooms for 16 ppl. Decent parking space outside the house. Location is not too bad either.

Happy to recommend this lovely place.

We got an opportunity to stay in a Garden room for 2 adults and 2 kids . It was clean and comfortable for us to stay 1 night. Hot shower, fridge, microwave were available. Highly maintained garden next to our room. 20 minutes drive to temple . Thank you for your sewa skanda hafan.

A reasonably priced self-catering accommodation tucked away in a beautiful tranquil setting. Just what we, my daughter, and I wanted for our onward pilgrimage to Scandavale. It is very clean, warm, hot powerful water shower, and all adequate self catering facilities you need to stay for a week.

As a family who have been to skanda vale for almost 17 years and come every year this was honestly the most wonderful stay and experience.Upon arrival we were given a code for our key lock which was attached the our door this was sent prior to our arrival this made it extremely helpful to get access to our room even if you were slightly late to check in time .It was very nice peaceful and beautifully set out everything so clean and all the basics necessities in the room even free WiFi which was very good.Everyone was very respectful and it is very convenient as the temple is only a 20 minute drive.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by the inviting ambiance of the bunkhouse. The place was impeccably clean, and the cozy atmosphere instantly made us feel at home. The kids, in particular, were thrilled with the bunk beds, adding an element of excitement to their stay.
Skanda Hafan Stay proved to be the perfect getaway for our group of three families.

I enjoyed my few days there. A car is an absolute Must in this location which I learned very quickly. A map of local (dog free) walks would have been very helpful. The volunteer Staff were very understanding and friendly! It needs better/safer walking access to Skandavale though for the odd walker who likes to keep fit.

Peaceful energy

We enjoyed a fantastic stay! Our last visit to Skanda Vale was 14 years ago, where we stayed in small caravans in the ashram. This accommodation is a huge upgrade! Very clean and has all the basic amenities you'd require. We spent most of our day in the ashram, so only needed the flat for sleeping and storing our belongings. There are also a few local shops nearby which come in handy.

We had a Lovely visit . Room is beautiful and all the facilities include . Beautiful viwe as well . Very easy check in and check out . Definitely we will be back again soon .

We had a wonderful stay at the farmhouse which is so beautiful, clean with modern facilities. The gardens and grounds are well maintained and clean. The hosts were helpful and friendly.
Great views and safe for walking in beautiful nature.

I have stayed in Hazel (single room) and Maple (double room) and both are excellently equipped, comfortable and clean. It is a beautiful area, and my stays have been peaceful and quiet. I would highly recommend.

The rooms were airy, double beds. The whole farmhouse has 4 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms and a main bathroom.
Very large kitchen with installed dishwasher, washing machine for use.
The location is isolated though within walking distance to a nearby village.

So humble volunteers, serene atmosphere n Divinity spread across Ashram. Walked up to the Vale & Naag 🐍 temple . Enjoyed Beautiful view.

It’s really nice location, I had Garden Room which has beautiful view, nice and clean with all necessary things.

Thank you for accommodating us four ladies.
The garden room was good and very clean with kitchen facilities (microwave oven, kettle, small fridge, cutlery, dining table with chairs, and worktop with sink).
Bed sheets and quilt were very comfy and clean. Hot water with nice shower,
Kitchen has a kettle with complimentary tea/coffee facilities.
The room heating was also very good.
All in all everything was perfect.
Location is 17 mins away from the temple which isn’t bad. We Enjoyed our stay.
Check in check out instructions very clear.

Budget friendly accommodation in a quiet location, room is very clean with all amenities .

I stayed in the Cedar Room for two nights with my elders. The location, room, and facilities are simply awesome.
Below may need a little tuning:
The metal bed frame was creaking all the time. The toilet door and latch are hard to operate. The toilet flush mechanism is sticky.

Excellent accommodation (Bunkhouse - sleeps 16 people in 8 double beds), with sufficient amenities and cleanliness. The postcode (SA39 9BX) does not take you to the accommodation, so you need to keep going till you find Skanda Hafan - drive slow as it is a 60mph road so you can easily drive past it.

Very very nice and clean place. We went to see the very famous Temple and it was the My MUm birthday. She loves it and we all planned to go back BUT will more people.
So we will be hiring the house next time.

Brilliant in one word. Only thing if food was available which we could heat up in the micro would have made it even better. As me and my daughter don’t drive so it was a bit difficult for us. However had a lovely stay although we had to walk back and forth to SkandaVale but the spiral experience was also Awesome. Felt very calm from inside so thank you very much. I have given location a 3 just because we had to walk a lot. It took us 50 mins to walk to Ma Shakti Temple. Otherwise the natural beauty was really great surrounding the premises where the guest house is located. We could enjoy our walk too back and forth as the weather was brilliant. I would highly recommend if you drive and have a car at your disposal.
