After sixteen years in the area I considered it well overdue to rate these services which I pass three times weekly.

Can I just say the customer service here is outstanding considered what the staff endure on a daily shift in high season, polite well spoken & professionally cool everytime I go in, more like old times.

As of nearby Newby Bridge services these were also the true heros during the pandemic keeping us all moving.
Shell seriously need to review the rate of pay for these people, pretty sure there's sufficient profit margins to meet this.

Having recently undergone a full refurbishment this petrol station is by far the nicest in the area. It's prices are competitive, the staff always provide a quick service and it is in an extremely convinet location; just as you leave/enter town.

Used it on the way home back to Scotland, decent prices, Customer service was great and bought some mint cake as well cause when in Cumbria!

Easy to get to, easy to pay but this is a very busy station. Be prepared to queue.

Quality product. Goes further than supermarket fuel. Better for engine.
