Working Class Heroes

I had an item stolen due to the Royal Mail incorrectly delivering to a block of flats. After quite a lengthy process of dealing with the Royal Mail Working Class Heroes sent me a replacement. I have been happy with how they handled the situation and I will be ordering again from them in the future.

Brilliant discount on some New Balance trainers that were a new range and only available at RRP elsewhere. Quick delivery and good communications.

Great price point and really fast delivery. I cannot fault them. I was so impressed by the Patagonia jacket I ordered and for the price it was an absolute steal!

A great place to shop and a bonus that it is also in the North West.

I don't understand the negative reviews but most seem to be complaining about priority delivery! Not understanding that these things may be out of the business' hand especially during busy periods.

I've ordered from the site a few times and love how good the customer rewards scheme is. Had to return an item as I'd ordered the wrong size as a gift but the team there were super helpful with locating the item in the right size for me! 10/10 would order from them again!

I don’t usually write reviews, however just wanted to say thank you to the lovely Emma who went above and beyond to help get my parcel to me! I had a lot of issues with DPD not delivering my parcel which in the end resulted in the parcel being returned to the store. The coat i wanted had gone out of stock in the size i needed, so i could not re-order. I emailed the store and Emma was able to send the parcel back out to me on next day delivery! :)

Looked at ratings before buying, the issues seem to be with the courier not the website. Plus they were the only ones with the jacket id been after for 12 months. Arrived next day, jacket spot on. Would recommend

Good price for the best kit. Had a issue with an item that couldn't be found in the warehouse and they contacted me asap and had the issue sorted within the time I needed the item. Items also arrived next day as I ordered. Joe Garret was on it and got it sorted, give the man a raise
