My friend was thrilled- the brown paper and simple string tie were so her style and the choice of flowers perfect. Very willing and efficient on the phone, all arranged with ease and confidence. Made the many miles between us feel up the road connected and close. Thank you so much. Same day ordered and delivered. Exactly what I had hoped.

I called The Flower Shop in Hay-on-Wye and told them that I couldn’t be there to choose the flowers I wanted to put together for my mother as I live three hours away, but knew that she liked autumnal and wild flowers. The most beautiful bunch of flowers was delivered to my mothers home (in a tiny hamlet in Herefordshire) within a few hours. I cannot describe how perfectly they reflected everything she loves about flowers; they created something so different and beautiful.

Gordon and his team done the wedding flowers for my daughter who got married at the weekend. 2 weeks prior to the event my wife ordered 7 gladioli which MUST be open ie not simply in bud. The order was crystal clear and I would have thought simple to satisfy.
When we went to the shop the flowers were all tightly in bud and practically useless for their purpose. The florist said they would open by 3 pm that afternoon. Of course they didn't.
I will not use them again.
