Screwfix Northallerton

The staff at Screwfix Northallerton are amazing! I had to visit the store twice today and they were unable to provide what I needed due to stock levels. The items were quickly ordered at another store and I was given a discount due to having to drive to collect. Great customer service!

Excellent customer service, really helpful people, I wanted 2 products, only one was in stock, but the lovely man offered to bring the other product in from his home store on his day off!! He couldn’t have been more helpful, thank you 👏👏🤩

Great Customer Sevice. The Branch Manager Nasir was very helpful and was very patient when I went to collect carpet roll from the store. Helped with carrying out to the car and assisting in loading it. Top Service.
