I cannot recommend this shop more. Staff are incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I ended up purchasing an entire kit because mine was wearing out. To the lovely lady who went above and beyond to help me decide on an new mod with the tank (and especially being via telephone), thank you! You were so helpful and the recommendation was perfect. In addition, the delivery man (apologies for not remembering names) is very kind and consistent with deliveries. Absolutely wonderful establishment all around.

Absolutely brilliant store. Been a regular customer here for many years. All the staff are incredibly polite, friendly and super helpful. Recently I went in store and they insisted on trying to repair my faulty mod, however, after no success they were so kind to GIVE me a brand new kit - a Vaporesso (which I would highly recommend). I will remain a loyal customer here forever. 10/10.

Best vape shop in town! Was using a different shop in mildenhall before I knew about this shop and I never use anyone else now. The best prices you’ll find especially the deals they do on the e-liquids. Also the staff here are always wanting to help even if you don’t ask!

The owners are always friendly and ready/willing to help answer any questions you might have. Also, the store has a very large selection for so quaint a location. I've been a loyal customer for 5 months with no complaints!

Excellent staff with quick and thorough service. Need advice? Feel free to pop in. In need for new hardware? They'll even help you set it up and give you all the information you need to get started. Whether you've never vaped before or you're a seasoned vaper, they'll do their best to help you out.

A fantastic service and great products. I just went in there with my arm in a sling where I have dislocated my shoulder and they set everything up for me to make my life easier. I will never go anywhere else.

Very good vape shop, you can try the different flavours before you buy at the test bench and the staff are very helpful and friendly. The prices are competitive. Only issue is you can't really park by the store so you would have to park somewhere else and walk down.

Customer Service is fantastic. We were not sure about vaping, we went in asked questions, and they could not have been more helpful. The fluid test station is a great way to try before you buy.

These guys are great they have great knowledge of all of their products, there is a vast selection of liquids to choose from. Shame I cant go in there at the moment because of this situation but I know that I can order anything and get it same day.
