I ordered a car seat with Baby Monitors Direct, it was taking a while to be delivered so I emailed to request an update. I spoke with Rachel who was very responsive and helpful. I was informed that Baby Monitors Direct were waiting on stock of the car seat I had ordered. I was offered alternatives and chose a different colour. It was posted out in the evening and arrived the following day. Really happy with the car seat and service.

Love it! The colour is amazing, the cot is light and so easy to put together. Comes with such a good mattress too. I would defo recommend. Doesn’t take up too much room and fits in perfectly.

Excellent prices when compared to other companies selling baby monitors and swift delivery. Unfortunately the first monitor I ordered had a manufacturers fault but they were quick in taking it back and offering me a verity of options for replacement with no hassle. The people I spoke with in their customer services were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely do business with them again.

About a year ago i bought a baby monitor, it always worked perfectly but recently my little one played with the camera and damaged it so i ordered a second camera which was delivered to me in two days (fantastic)...
Now that's all back as before!!

Love this monitor, was within our price range and has everything we need. No need for WiFi connection so if the WiFi goes out we can still use the camera. Super easy to set up too. Not the clearest quality but can still see baby just fine so not mad about it. Picks up noise and has night vision, lullabies and checks the temperature too. Very happy purchase :)
