Olivers Babycare

We went to Olivers Babycare to look at prams/ travel systems. We were helped by the manager, who explained all about the product we liked, giving various choices. She gave a full demonstration of a number of travel systems and was very knowledgeable about all the products she showed to us. The service provided at the baby store was great. Everyone was friendly and kind, with no pressure to buy. An amazing experience from start to finish and so helpful throughout the whole process! Such a lovely atmosphere in store. Will definitely visit again!

I rang the store to ask for help with a car seat that we had bought elsewhere and the staff (Abby & Liz) could not accommodate us enough despite the fact we didn’t buy the product from there. Super friendly service and they never made us feel silly for not knowing certain things as first time parents. Ended up buying a new car seat in the end and were super glad we chose to buy from this store - highly recommend!

I came here to purchase a travel system for my first baby. The ladies were all very helpful, answering any questions and demonstrating how to use the prams. It was a very relaxed atmosphere with no pushy sale techniques! The shop is well stocked with a variety of different brands and we spent hours there trying to decide the right one for us.
Once we had chosen, the staff were again very helpful, even staying late to allow us to complete our purchase and arrange delivery. They were also happy to honour a discount which was available if ordering through their website. We are very happy with the venicci tinum travel system we have chosen.
We would highly recommend anyone to go here if looking for a pram.

Re-writing this review as I deleted the old one and posted something else by accident. These were lovely people to deal with and they posted me a part I needed free of charge. Excellent customer service all round.

I purchased a pushchair and rocker from this company and the service and delivery were speedy and quick. I needed to call to ask a few questions and Christina and Anna were absolutely fantastic. I would use them again.

This was absolutely worth buying I am so so happy with this. Baby boy is due in 4 weeks and I cannot wait to use this. I will be buying from here again most definitely!

Ordered a few things from Olivers Baby Care and initially we wondered: "is this shop even legit because the prices are so good?"
We checked out their Google reviews and the business itself, and decided to go ahead.
The items we ordered were on a pre-order basis and Rachel kept us informed ALL THE WAY ever since the day we placed an order.
Their customer service emails are written by a human (Rachel) and not by a robot and Rachel is so responsive even though you can tell she's busy she's listened and understood what you were saying.
An item was missed from the delivery and Rachel very quickly rectified that.
The customer service is impeccable and I get a sense this is a hard working family business and they deserve every penny. If I lived anywhere nearer Peterborough I would sure shop in store too.
I would 150% come back for my other baby purchases. Well done Olivers Baby Care.
* Edit: I've since discovered that Olivers Babycare isn't a family business per se but it's a group of company also including Baby Security (which coincidentally I've also ordered from). But yeah, this doesn't change anything I think the workers do work hard to do their best for their customers which really should be applauded.

We really liked this shop! We were welcomed as soon as we arrived into the shop and asked if we needed any help. Really friendly staff. A great range of products to look at. We bought a car seat from them and couldn't fit the box in the car at the time so they're currently storing it for us until we go back and pick it up in a couple weeks. Also the blue light card discount is a massive bonus! Thank you!

Bought 2 Silver Cross All Motion 360 car seats. Called the store to check they were available to which they quickly told me they were and reassured the returns policy was secure and fair should I need it. Ordered online and got a great discount via voucher code on the website. Delivery was free and very quick with DPD which are one of the best carriers. The seats fit great together in the car. Very happy with the purchase and would recommend!

I ordered the products online for collection. Well what a hidden gem! A beautiful, well designed shop with everything from prams to dummy clips.
The staff were so friendly and the products were great.

I ordered a sivercross motion 360 car seat from Olivers Babycare. The price and the delivery were second to none and quality of the baby car seat is phenomenal!! Definitely recommend.

I ordered items online Saturday and with free standard delivery they arrived on Tuesday. Items were well packaged.

Prices for the items I ordered were more than competitive at 50% less than the same products with other retailers.

Loved the text confirmation rather than receiving an email, also liked the text update about my order when it was ready to be dispatched - I then received delivery updates from the courier. Great communication from start to finish.

I ordered the Kinderkraft tricycle a couple of months ago. The whole process was straightforward, easy and the tricycle arrived within a few days of ordering. I also received emails to that kept me updated throughout the process that were helpful and informative. I will certainly shop here again with confidence.

Fantastic service, purchased a full travel system. As new parents to be, we were unsure what we needed and we're looking to find a place where we could feel and talk about our options. We were warmly greeted as we arrived, time was taken with us and we were shown a variety of products including how they worked, folded up and were even allowed to check to see if it fit in the boot.
All round excellent service and will be returning to get other little bits we need.

Great gate, actually for a new puppy and currect dog so they don't have the run of the house while we are out. It's great. So handy, haven't used it joined totally together just in the separating a room. It's great as we ha e an open plan room. Fantastic, easy to set up and great gate in the middle!

I ordered an isofix base from Oliver’s around 2pm and this was delivered the next morning to me! Very prompt and efficient service with emails / text updates on my order! Very happy with the service I have received, I will be a returning customer.

I've not yet used the item purchased, but the ordering and delivery process was quick and easy (and I was very happy with the price) and the delivery of the travel cot was remarkably swift. This was my first purchase from Olivers Babycare and based on this experience I would definitely order again. Satisfied customer.
