Very prompt delivery of a part for our domestic water supply pump. Website showed it as in stock, but didn't give a delivery date, so was expecting to wait a few days. Email confirmation of next day delivery came as soon as I paid. Excellent service and pump up and running again the next day.

Happy with the service I received from AWC. Just seems a shame that Reliance only supply the complete unit when the bit that fails is a removable brass seat (easily unscrews, must cost pennies) that will be why/how we are destroying the planet .

Plastic control valve (tap) on my Tudor Selectra oversink water heater cracked, heater is at least 25 yrs old but otherwise works perfectly. Couldn't find one anywhere & then saw this one on AWC website, figured I had nothing to loose so ordered it. I had text messages from AWC all the way through telling me status of my order & it arrived within 48 hrs. This valve was a perfect direct replacement & the water heater was up & running within 15 mins. Many thanks to AWC for an excellent service!! 5*****
