well although it was not mcolls fault i could not put money on my electicity as there was no bar code so i came home phoned the company and they sent me some thing to my phone to show to make a payment and whilst at home the police rang they had reported me to them, apparently the man whoever he is as the same name as me however he is 40 im 76 ,so i went back to mcolls and i could not go in as deliverys are being made so i have to go back a 3rd time and im knackered .

A small shop with a surprising amount of range sold... Very impressed with the prices.

A local store that covers all the basics you could want. With a good variety of magazines and day to day items.

If you’re new to the area this will be a good first port of call as not only is it well located and stocked but it is also quite central.

Just off Maywood Avenue, it has ample parking and a cash point.

Good sized convenience store . They use to have a very high pitch sound being played out the speakers to deter trouble. It use to put me off shopping there.

Just an average shop really. No real atmosphere or warmth to the shop and seems almost in wrong place.. Least tesco is 2 minute drive away..

Quite expensive, but conveniently located

Went in the other day to get some milk, and there wasn’t any?! I thought that would be a key staple to any convenience store to ensure there was milk for sale in the fridge?

Also lady stocking the shelves was clearly unwell coughing and sneezing everywhere - I appreciate her effort doing her job whilst unwell but where there is food involved….well you get my drift.

Also there was a cat - yes a cat cleaning itself on top of the freezer- lovely and hygienic!

So as milk was what I had come in for and there wasn’t any, and seeing the cat grooming itself comfortably on top of the freezer, I walked straight out and went to Tesco in the village instead- much more pleasant and hygienic- no cats- and they had milk 😃

Don't take your yodel parcels here! They don't scan them properly, they'll get lost and you'll be outta pocket

Prices are outrageous..taking advantage of predominately low income areas ..retail exploitation and the home brand products are really at the low end of the quality scale
