Attended on 8 November for Our Future Health appointment. Session was on time and professionally run. All aspects were good and everything was fully explained.

Boots in Lakeside a beautiful store to shop in . Staff very helpful especially the lady on the upstairs self checkout . Always so kind friendly and eager to help with any problems at the till area and where to find things .

He explained all about perfumes,any questions I asked I never felt rushed ,I felt like a very valued customer and give him 5 stars This store Is clean, well stocked, reasonably priced,organised and all the staff are very willing to take time to help

Fantastic!!! I went to this branch of Boots to buy some make up for my wife's birthday. I didn't have a clue what I was buying. Fortunately for me a member of staff took me under her wing, spending about 15 minutes with me helping me buy a load of stuff. It felt like I had a personal shopping assistant. Absolutely brilliant!!

This is so much more than just a pharmacy, you can find many more other products and many times good offers too as they had over the Christmas period, gift sets especially were very diverse in good combinations and reasonably priced too, wonder in any time as you might get a good deal to suit you well! Recommend 👍🏻

Always buy No 7 products and this time took advantage of the 3 for 2 offer. A very helpful assistant helped me find what I wanted. A useful tip if youve used the same products for years is to take a photo on your phone so when you walk into the shop you can show the assistant exactly what you want.

I would like to say what a fantastic experience i had today. To the lady that helped directing me to the product i was looking for and an extra big thank you to the lady that scanned my daughters items at the self service till and put the money in for her and gave her the change and receipt. Pretty regular boots I can't lie. It just get super busy at times so just be prepared to queue.
They have a pharmacy here too so it's like a one stop shop for beauty and essentials.
