Nice and big parking services with shops,restaurants,toilets!

Typical services, high prices and some grumpy people.
Serves the purpose of what it's there for, quick stop and collect as much cash off you as possible.
Having said that there is some helpful staff, it's just finding them.
As most services now enforce, dont stay over 2 and half hours or you will end up with a hefty bill landing on your mat at home or work.

went there on december 20 around 11 pm. it was jam packed with trucks, we had never seen so many trucks in one place! they were probably all there to get a good night's sleep before heading out to get everyone's parcels delivered in time for the holidays. used the toilet facilites and they were downstairs. but clean and quiet.

Was stranded over night having broken down on motorway heading to Scotland spent the night in car all hotels were fully booked would recommend this place to anyone warm inviting plenty of hot food and drinks and plenty of sockets to charge your phone's top of my list for service stations 100%

When your hungry and don't mind paying over the odds then this place is a godsend. A wide variety of different goods. The place was nice and clean, the staff friendly and great choices of food.

No cheese pasta salad, had to make do with chicken and bacon, helpful staff but will go to burger king if first choice unavailable in future.

It's motorway services ,a little limited on selection but clean and tidy plenty of parking, with electric car charger x3

This M&S Simply Food outlet is a welcome familiar site. Where one can buy sandwiches, fruit, drinks and all the yummy treats from the world-class chainstore.

Never realized a truck stop like this would have views this tranquil, definitely a Oasis from the Hussle and bussle of lakeside shopping centre

Great place for a lay over meeting halfway for journeys, bit on the expensive side but 24 hour helps.Good place when needed.

Good services just off the M25 with retail next door all you need good parking for HGV

Good selection of food with prompt service. More than reasonably tidy

Plenty of varities in food and other things to suit your travel needs. Clean restrooms are always important too.

Very convenient location just north of Dartford crossing. In heavy traffic you can take refuge there.

easy to park with just about all you will need for a journey stop over.

Always space for truck even in night time, recommend to lorry drivers.

Great place to take a break while computing to the south coast. Plenty of charge stations for EVs

This is my favourite M&S... If you have the option go to this one over all others the staff at 18:00 are the best

A good place to grab a coffee and to have a quick rest before sitting back behind the wheel. :)
