Smyths Toys Superstores Crawley

When the PlayStation 5 came out, I bought the last one in stock from them for my son. When I found it was in stock, I rang them to confirm and immediately drove over to buy it on the spot. It felt like the last one in the country! My son was very pleased and he was the first of his friends to have it.

As an international visitor, I was amazed to have find this store, conveniently near the London Gatwick Airport, just 12 minutes away by public bus, that you can take from either, North or South terminal. The store have plenty new toys , and classics. I was looking for Godzilla VS Kong, Jurassic Park, Nerf, among other stuff. Lot of stocks. What I liked more is their Friendly, kind and helpful staff. They also have the click and collect service, which I used while I was working, the pick up service is fast.
The store is well organized, things are easy to find. My kid would love this store for sure.

So today we had the store manager drop my wife's lost purse direct to our house. I believe his names Ivan. Fantastic customer service. Thank you so much.

I called Smyth's in Crawley a week or so ago as friends overseas who we were flying out to visit wanted a certain toy for their baby. Very few in stock in entire country and no stores with click and collect. Maddie who I spoke to went onto the shop floor and put one by so my husband could pick up on route to work clients, as he was passing.

The next day staff were quick to point him in the right direction and they tested the toy with new batteries as the demo ones were not working.

Top class service so thank you to all at the store. And just to say that our friends baby is totally made up with his Tickle me Elmo!

A lovely helpful young lady called Emily helped me and my husband pick a pram today and she was exceptional. How does she remeber so much information, she is a wonderful asset to your company

This is, in my opinion, the best place to buy toys for family or gaming products. I would recommend this place if you're buying toys for your family or friends!

Wow, omg, I've been here quite a few times now, but today I was more confident and spoke to different workers, and they are so lovely! 2 different ladies were so very lovely and helpful to me and my family finding our lego trains and rainbow high dolls. So amazing, I love the shop, always have, but the staff are so friendly and amazing, thank you very much xox

Ivan was so helpful when I visited the Crawley store. I had found some hot wheels cars online that I couldn’t find in store. Ivan went above and beyond to get the models down for me to buy. Excellent service. I’ll definitely buy more in this store.

Popped in here to buy an alternative to a chocolate Advent calendar for my son. I Highly recommend Smyths Toys and their click & collect. It was so refreshing to have been served by a pleasant, knowledgeable and amusing young lad called Dane. Thank you

Great big toy shop with so much to offer, Stacked from floor to ceiling with toys. Prices are competitive. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare as a very small carpark shared with 2 other big stores.

Absolutely fantastic customer service and product knowledge ! Visited the Crawley store today and Leanne welcomed us as soon as we entered the store and nothing was too much trouble
Showed us every possible combination for the travel system we were interested in and answered every question we threw at her patiently and even helped us to place our purchase in the car. Would highly recommend visiting the store and very happy to recommend Leanne her customer service skills were exceptional!

Huge toy shop! With aircon! Free parking too!
Loads of toys not always competitive on price against Argos and such like.
Staff are fine, not friendly but not rude.
Well worth a look around.

Emily, with the red hair, was so helpful informing us and helping us pick out the right pram. She spent all the time we needed and help us find the right fit with patience and kindness. Highly recommend!

I don't know why some people have put one star.. I thought this shop was fantastic mainly because of the staff!! Every staff member was so polite and helpful and knew all about pretty much every toy in there which was impressive. It was so refreshing to have such fantastic customer service.. I don't remember the last time a shop assistant backed my items into the carrier bag.. smyths staff did!, and although that is something small it's the little things that go a long way. Absolutely loved it here and will defiantly be making the long drive to come back !!

Great customer service. We visited the shop for first time today and we were more than surprised of the friendlies there. Radoslav was the name of the staff member who serves us and he go an extra mile to help even when the shop was busy and closings soon. More people need to do them job this way ,thanks we will return definitely.

I visit this store often and my experience has always been positive.

Olivia who works at the store is very polite and helpful. She uses her toys expertise to recommend and help me find the right toys for each occasion and always with a big smile. A pleasure to shop like this in this fantastic store! :)
