Had to post an order from vinted through yodel, went on Wednesday the guy said "I have no labels but should have some tomorrow" tried again Friday same guy "no labels should have some tomorrow" so we came back on Saturday and they said "should have labels on Tuesday" it's wednesday again so I went in and they told me they're not taking any parcels. What a joke I've run out of time to post the parcel now!!!

WATCH!! . 3 times happened to people I know, then today they said myshopping cost 40 when only 20. That's double. Check ur receipt lucky I noticed

Not even worth 1 star!
Always closed. Leaving pathetic hand written notes on the front door saying ‘closed for 5 mins’ but is closed for a lot longer than 5 minutes.

Supposed to be open until 10pm but always shuts before 7. Staff are rude and unhelpful.

This is the closest yodel drop off point for me but I drive across town to the other drop off point now because whenever I go to Mcoll’s it’s always closed. Absolute rubbish.

My last review seems to have disappeared. Staff clearly don't want people to see what this shop is really like.
Extortionate prices, staff have horrendous attitudes, feel very unwanted in the store... No hello, no smile, nothing. And I get asked for ID every time I try and buy tobacco even though I'm 34 years old.
Save yourselves Tue bother and walk 5 mins down the hill to Sainsbury's.
