Appalling service from Morrisons on-line deliveries and their so-called ‘Customer Services’. On Sunday received conflicting info from website, text message and driver over delivery status. Driver eventually cancelled order and suggested contact Customer Services to arrange redeliver. Then the true hell began. One part of Customer Services couldn’t seem to contact the other. No-one could contact the depot. After three phone calls with reps desperately trying to get rid of us to someone else, was eventually given new delivery slot for Monday am and was told would receive email confirmation. No email arrived - and neither did the groceries. After two more phone calls on Monday (and a promised callback that never came) gave up and cancelled order. Delivery hiccups to be expected from time to time - but the customer services dept were pure chaos.

The store has very good value for money, there are always special offers and the Morrison’s own brand products are much cheaper than the branded ones. It has plenty of world foods from the Far East, Caribbean, Poland and also Kosher options. It has a fresh meat and fish counter and a bakery where you can get some good deals on reduced items towards closing time. The store has free wifi which is reliable, free ATM’a and also plenty of free parking. It also has good deals on cleaning products and toiletries. 24 hour petrol is also cheaper than other petrol stations. The only downside is that the shelves are a little dis-organised and there are many gaps. There were also a few items around the store on the floor that were not picked up. Overall, it is a great value for money supermarket where you can’t complain.

I do shopping for dad and he insistes on Morristons wider Isles and yes some items I can see are much cheaper without having to multiby .....

Excellent place to shop, lots of parking spaces and lots of trolley for shopping unlike Tesco's at Brent park. Variety of items, perishable food and non perishable items too.

They have fast charging ports for your electric car! That was very helpful!

A large Morrisons, there is everything that you need here... plus the legendary Morrisons doughnuts (5 pack for 89p at time of writing).
Adjacent is a Morrisons petrol station which I reckon has the cheapest fuel in the area.

This place is next to my work place. I usually go for brunch in morrisons cafe. They do have vegan options.

The supermarket is well-stocked with a wide variety of fresh produce, meats, and dairy products. The aisles are clean and organized, making it easy to navigate and find what you need. The checkout process is efficient and the staff is friendly and helpful. Overall, it's a great place to shop for groceries.

Just used the click and collect service. Absolutely perfect. From arrival, took no more than 2 minutes for someone to bring our stuff out - polite, smiling and friendly.. Well done!

Always have what I need staff very helpful and do have plenty of parking space can get all your food shopping and has a good selection of household items has changed a bit as used to get points for shopping and then a voucher to save money on your next shopping but still has great products and good value for money they have changed the store so much and looks much better now have finally brought back their points on your more card so will get a £5 voucher again so looks like they have seen some sense and more deals on products they brought back the more card but not as good as before as only get points on products they mark up and not some of the items you would want not like before when you got points to your card when you shopped there
