Very well organized DIY store with helpful and friendly staff.

Wow. What an excellent service today from Rebecca. Helped me find the exact light bulbs I needed. Then went out of her way to find me some out of stock bubble wrap. The place was fully staffed today came away with exactly what I needed.

I had this lovely lady Kirsty-Lea I think, absolutely amazing!! such a friendly and helpful member of staff who exceeded my customer service experience! As a complete novice myself she was so patient, informative and helpful made my whole experience there a positive one!

Akbar provided an excellent e cellent customer service, he was a really nice n kind n explained all about diff kind of paints. Prob the best kind of customer service anyone can recieve

One of the most helpful, professional and friendly hardware store I have ever been to. I ordered Click and Collect at this store as this was not available at my local store. Aren't I glad how this turned out! I asked the staff for assistance and Barry (one of the managers), gave me advise. Even though I didn't really know what I was looking for, I briefly explained to him a little 'project' I was planning to do, he just completely understood! I found me what I needed and explained how the project can be done! Barry was so helpful, patient and informative that by the time I left the store, I had a much better understanding of how and what to do. Thank you Barry, you really are an asset to the store!

I will definitely put this store as my default store knowing that I'll be treated as a valued customer by their professional staff! Keep your excellent work up!

It has been a pleasure to visit this store. The staff have been extremely helpful and friendly and took the time to talk me through all their paint products so that I could make an informed decision on what paint best suited for the work we was completing in the house. I would highly recommend this B&Q store.

I cannot honestly thank Thea enough for going way over and above for me. She was helpful, diligent, and so professional in helping me plan my bathroom layouts. I was really sorry I could not place an order directly with her, and ended using my local branch at Hemel. She was still very understanding about it.
You have a gem on your hands and she should honestly be promoted or given a bonus. I tried to call branch to speak to her manager and was directed to the website but cannot find a review function.

Thank you again Thea for your hard work, knowledge and professionalism. You are a star and a credit to B&Q!

Yusuf was very kind and helpful ☺ My friend and I had a somewhat specific request for an item, but he patiently listened and tried to provide us what we needed. In the end he went out of his way to find us a convenient item that served the purpose we came for, and it was very nice of him to do so. Talk about setting the bar for a professional standard! Very pleasant shopping experience. Prices could be a bit more generous but they get better as your salary increases 🤣

I paid a visit to this B&Q yesterday and was delighted by the excellent customer service, especially by a one Akka (a fabulous lady by the paint department). She helped me greatly and has even inspired me to paint another room I wasn’t even considering. I look forward to my next visit and will even redo more rooms and get paints for a lot of my projects (as an interior designer) from her just to get her expertise and grand taste on some of the spaces I work with.
It was a pleasure to meet her and look forward to another visit to this branch. Excellent customer service and well done on this hire, she’s a star.

Can't say I often review these kinds of stores but I felt like I needed to pass on my feedback. I had gone to the store to pick up a few items but walked out with quite a few heavy plants & pots. The person who served me at the till was incredibly patient and thoughtful. He found me a trolley to take everything to the car. Then when I had loaded everything into my car, someone else came and offered to take the trolley away for me. These might seem like small gestures but on a lone trip they made a huge difference and put a smile on my face. Love this store. Was also very impressed with the plant selections (found a calathea!) & beautiful pots too.

We do deliveries if you need anything delivered we can collect and deliver anywhere in London. Big or small!

Went to buy paint and the two ladies behind the counter gave awesome advice.. they were very knowledgeable and really knew their stuff.

bought some nice plants... lots of them half price ‼ at the moment ❤ and today some paint for the next DIY project ‼

I really was pleased with my visit I had so much help with all my need. Each worker really felt like they were giving their 100 hundred percent in their work. They were very helpful and were pleased when someone asks for help. I really liked that because in other shops you would not find workers that are always pleased to help customers. I would recommend this store anytime.

Well laid out interior that has a good choice of stock levels. Plenty of parking, friendly helpful staff and no long queues at the check-outs. All in all a pleasant experience.

It's always great to visit this place. Everything is available we need .
Lady on payment counter named JO was really helpful. She explained about Club Card and helped us to save money on our purchase.
