I had an absolutely wonderful experience at Screwfix, Colindale, thanks to the exceptional service provided by Tommy and the brand manager, Christopher. As a young woman with limited knowledge about tools, I entered the store feeling somewhat intimidated by the prospect of fixing my sink. However, Tommy and Christopher immediately put me at ease with their warm and friendly demeanor.

Despite my lack of expertise, they patiently took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was easy to understand. They not only helped me identify the tools and materials I needed for the job but also provided invaluable tips and advice to ensure that I could complete the repair successfully.

Their patience and willingness to go above and beyond to assist me were truly remarkable. What impressed me the most was their genuine passion for helping customers. Their dedication to providing outstanding customer service was evident in every interaction I had with them.

Excellent customer service from this branch. I bought a birthday present for my husband which I wanted to keep a surprise. So one of the guys helped make a box for me and carried it to the boot of my car as I had a baby. Really went above and beyond!

The staff are great! I'm not a builder, Engineer or a handy man. I went in a few times to build my race sim rig. I went in multiple times across 2 weeks and I have to say the service is top notch. Mainly I have to commend them for helping me find the right m4 length screws for my monitors and washers so it can fit onto the triple monitor mount. They were very patient. All in all thank you Screwfix for the lovely staff and ease to buy screws for my rig that I don't really understand the names. I came in showed them the screws and they helped me out.

This new tablet ordering and sending your straight to till is awesome! Plus you get to see if they have in stock right away and if not, no worries you can order for next collection! 😀

A very good screwfix in collindale. Bought and ordered a Dewalt drill online and it was ready to collect in 2 minutes at 10pm. Had a fault with drill in a few weeks but screwfix kindly replaced the parts with no questions and was hassle free. Very good service from screwfix. Highly recommend their Dewalt drill which is quite powerful.

Lockdown: had to order online first but I was having issues. Lady was very nice and actively sorting the problem, I gave her my order and she did it on their system for me. Then I continued to wait outside for the items. Very happy with the pro active service.

Great service havent been before. I needed some things and went straight to the store, got there to be told its click Nd collect, but the staff at the front said just find the number and take it through to the counter got my items in no time at all. Very pleased I was.

Great shop. Argos style sjopping with catalogs only but the staff is nice enought to bring you anything from the warehouse to check it before you buy it. 5 stars for the customer service and they keep the store open till late.

Superb Staff, Good Range of Products and Really good customer Service. Not had any trouble at all when needing to exchange/return goods be it faulty or having bought the wrong thing. Parking can be very limited due to the VW Garage around the corner and the surrounding building works. Better to go late evening if you can, and "Click and Collect" to speed things up.

I am very happy with the telephone service that is offered by Screwfix, always the staff clarify any questions about their products,you can choose the store you want to collect from and they text you always!! My shopping with them is a stress free experience.No problems with refunds,done very quickly!!♡♡

The customer service of this screw fix branch Trade Counter is probably the best in town.

The No nonsense return policy is one of the reason for the Screwfix to do well against the places like Wolseley Centre.

Nice place quick in and out sometimes have to wait next day for your pots but that's life if they can't have everything in the store
