Tremendous shop that covers all aspects of music for all musicians..
In particular for me the wonderful amount of saxophone music they hold. They have enough saxophones on display which means you save time and money not having to go to London/Torquay/Surrey!!!

Bought a lovely used John Packer tuba from Hayes. Received it today and it is immaculate, like new. Hayes serviced it in the price and provided spare springs etc free of charge

Went to have a look at an entry level Yamaha Clavinova today and was simply blown away by such excellent service and welcome. All questions asked were answered. No Hard Sell, the Clav did it's own selling. Ended up buying a CLP - 745 and was very happy with the overall ambience of the barn. Delivery has just happened and Henry was excellent with his support.

When her brand new flute had a mechanical fault, they were extremely helpful, ordering another from the supplier the same day and swapping them over.

Very good impression after visiting! Great selection of brass instruments, mouthpieces as well. A lot of useful accessories, charts, etc. Prices for used staff really good! Also they can replate your mouthpiece if you need!
