Fantastic owner who couldn't be more helpful. Had the very part in stock that stopped the holiday from being ruined. Also let me borrow their ladders to duck tape my Sat dome that was struck by a low hanging branch.

We are so pleased we chose Atlantic Caravans for our recent part ex and purchase.
We went to the showroom Tuesday afternoon to view a caravan we really liked and by the evening Darren had offered to come out to view our caravan as part of the deal. By Friday he had cleaned, serviced, delivered and pitched our new caravan for us and took away our old one.
Darren was very efficient, professional and knowledgable in everything he did.
We will definitely be using them for our service.

Rang Atlantic caravans because I needed a 13 pin to 7 pin adapter for my trailer. I mentioned I lived about 30 miles away and would come straight over to buy one.

A couple of minutes later Atlantic rang back to say I could actually get one from my local Halfords store which would save me a 60 mile round-trip. A five minute trip to my local Halfords sorted me out.
These people are obviously great to deal with and it was very kind of them to ring me back. If they give great customer service for a little thing one can trust them for a bigger item like a caravan!

Wow, what a service, rang them whilst on holiday at Tencreek, needed a jockey wheel after a mishap, CHRISTMAS and no problem, come over and i will open up. Fantastic guy, thank you.

We were looking to buy a caravan at the 2022 NEC show, and even though we preferred the Bailey, and Darren realised he wasn’t getting a sale from us, he still gave us the courtesy of his time and experience. After walking the halls and deciding the caravan we wanted, I took the time to ask him if there was any way he could source it for us to buy from him. I did this because I was of the opinion he was trustworthy and I liked his professional manner. He did however put us onto another dealer who he felt was customer focused and did business the right way. He was right.
So, I have no experience of buying a caravan from him, but I would have no hesitation based on my brief contact.

Picked our new caravan up on Saturday. Darren has been great from start to finish with his customer care and help and advice about the caravan. I didn't realise that my tow bar ball wasn't the right one. Darren very quickly replaced it for me and got us on our way. Overall very impressed with the experience and will be using Atlantic caravans for all the servicing for my new van.

Excellent service. Had an issue with door lock on Swift caravan. Darren and Lee were brilliant in getting me out of trouble to fix the issue.

I had a problem with the water pumping system on my motor home which I didn’t purchase from Atlantic Caravans. I popped in for some advice and he couldn’t have been more helpful. His thoughts on the problem proved to be exactly right and the system is now working perfectly, thank you very much!

Absolutely amazing from start to finish. There is no hard sell, Darren kept in mind exactly what I required and worked within a short time scale that I had. Knowing zero about caravans I was completely overwhelmed, however Darren was extremely helpful and on change over day showed me the ropes and also moved the caravan to my chosen site, where he set everything up for me.
Nothing was too much trouble and kept to his word, even moving my caravan on his day off and throwing in some bits and pieces. He made the whole experience extremely relaxed and I would recommend him to anyone looking to purchase a caravan, parts and repairs. I certainly will not go anywhere else.

Had problems with jockey wheel. Rang Atlantic caravans . They said call round & we’ll have look. Called & replaced jockey wheel there & then . No problem 👍👍

Went along as a novice caravan owner to get some waste pipes and other bits. The gentleman was very helpful and advised on what I needed, even if it was the cheaper option single part and not the entire kit. Got a free hitch cover,great overall service.

Absolutely fantastic service from Darren. So helpful. As first time buyers were a little overwelmed but he explained everything even sent instruction guide through in case we forgot anything. So happy we got the Van from Atlantic. He even checked we got home safely.

Emergency trip at 4pm on a Sunday for a leisure battery crisis. Staff on duty were brilliant. Tested my battery and then helped to diagnose the issue via a phone call to my wife (still in the van). Problem fully resolved, not a penny spent. However, it’s a fantastically well stocked shop with helpful and knowledgeable staff so I will be visiting for all of my caravan supplies whenever I’m in Cornwall from now on. A useful discovery for me 👍🏻

Amazing!
Whilst on holiday local to Atlantic caravans we were having electrical issues.
We rung and spoke to Darren who talked us through ‘what he may have thought what the issue was!’
Extremely patient, very helpful and nothing was too much trouble talking through step by step - even on a Sunday !
Would highly recommend them 5*
